Welcome to Ruby's Retreat. Make yourself at home in this three-bedroom, two-full-bath Retreat with a formal dining room, den, and living room. In addition, there is a privacy-fenced backyard that has a patio with a table and chairs and an electric grill. Enjoy all the comforts of home with a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, a coffee maker, and a crockpot. The EV charger is a J1772. There is a washer and dryer in the garage area for your convenience.

Ruby's Retreat is located within four miles of UWF, 13 miles of Downtown Pensacola, and 20 miles of Pensacola Beach.

This home is carpet free and has luxury vinyl plank throughout. The living room has a comfy sectional sofa to relax and stream movies on the SmartTV. Free High-speed WiFi is available. A den offers another gathering area with a couch and two armchairs.

We provide linens, towels, extra pillows, and blankets.

The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed with SmartTV, a dresser, nightstands, and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a dressing area and a tub-shower combo.

The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a nightstand, and a closet for clothing storage.

The third bedroom has a twin daybed, a twin trundle, a nightstand, and a closet. This bedroom also has a desk with chair.

The hall bathroom has a tub-shower combo. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located in the garage that is off the kitchen.

For parking, there is space for two vehicles in the driveway in front of the garage. There are no steps into the house from the driveway to the doorway.

If traveling to visit your service member or college student, you will find this home's location ideal. It's within a 15-minute drive to NAS Pensacola or less than 10 minutes to either PCC or UWF.

We use tv streaming; please remember to bring your personal account and password information to access your favorite streaming services.

Remember to bring: At Hometown Stays, we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags for a 2-day stay. However, we recommend bringing additional items for your comfort and convenience. Pack essentials like toiletries, a hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee, beach towels, an umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need to make your stay perfect. We want you to feel at home, so bring what you need to enhance your experience and enjoy your time with us.
