Highly desirable Tower II, 4th Floor at Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is a beautifully renovated from top to bottom 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with stunning Gulf views from almost every room.

C-View's living area looks out onto the water and beach and has a private balcony with seating. Inside is top of the line entertainment with Smart TVs, streaming HD channels and free, private, fiber high speed internet. The stunning kitchen is well-equipped with all you need for meals and snacks and also offers a view of the water.

The master bedroom offers a beachfront view with a king bed and en-suite bath. The large guest bedroom has two queen beds with en-suite bath. It comfortably sleeps 6. An in-condo full-sized washer and dryer is available for your convenience.

Be ready for your vacation to begin as soon as you are on property! Our team will put your pre-scheduled groceries away and get your drinks cold before your arrival.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $300 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles.

This is one of if not the best unit beach side at Edgewater resort. Very well though out and stocked. Freshly renovated with great decorations and great views. Everything you need, these owners though of it. We will be back if it's available!

From start to finish this is the best booking I have ever done. Clear communication from the owner way in advance of my stay. Took care of everything for us before arriving including making sure our parking pass was waiting on us. Was given the door code the week before so that we wouldn’t stress over checking email while we were traveling. I could go on and on over how perfect the room was! I would highly recommend this unit/owner and plan on booking again on my next trip to Panama City!

We both work in the medical field and love to travel when we get the time off. We are from St. Louis, MO, and absolutely LOVE the area of Panama City Beach!

We really strive to make your stay the most comfortable and best there is! We want our home to be your "perfect’ getaway," even if for only a few nights. Rest assured that we take extra precautions to make our home as clean as possible. After each stay, all towels, linens, and even our bedspreads are professionally laundered. We clean and disinfect all surfaces with approved CDC cleaners and floors are vacuumed and mopped with high temperature steamed mops. Extra cleaning supplies are provided for you to use throughout your stay to ensure extra cleanliness. Keeping our guests safe and healthy is our top priority.

We are committed to helping you have the best experience possible, so feel free to reach out to us by cell if you have any questions or concerns. Most importantly we hope you have a wonderful stay!
