Rental Agreement & ID: After booking, you’ll receive an email from GreatCondoRental with a link to the Rental Agreement. Please sign the agreement and upload a clear photo of your government-issued ID (Driver's License or Passport) to receive your Door Code.

Resort Registration & Parking: All guests must complete the Online Vehicle Registration on the Sterling Reef HOA website. Register your vehicle(s) and pay the $50 per vehicle parking fee (up to 2 vehicles maximum) before arrival.

Arrival Information: Detailed arrival instructions will be sent via email 3 days before your check-in date.

Excellent direct ocean view

-Very detailed check-in and parking information from the owner on a timely manner.-Unit was clean and all the necessary kitchen items were available.-A large balcony with a direct ocean view was awesome!. -Master bedroom also has direct ocean view.-Only steps away from the beach that can be accessed through the gate near to the pool.-Overall great experience for our 2 days stay. I would definitely recommend this for a stay at PCB.

It was a nice stay except when we arrived at the condo @ 4:00 the lady was still cleaning its to hot to be sitting outside and waiting they should have done had it cleaned way before 4:00 cause our check was at 4.

As Advertised

Beautiful balcony overlooking the beach. I could spend all day on that balcony and some days I did when I didn't feel like going out to the beach. The building is nice and everyone I met there was friendly. We can't wait to go back!! The only negative I had was the elevators. They were super slow especially in the evenings when people were coming back from the beach. Nothing terrible and if I did feel like I couldn't wait any longer well I just took the stairs which weren't too bad.

The location of this condo cannot be beat. Everything is with in a short driving distance yet not too much traffic or noise. The balcony views are incredible, and the owner is so easy to work with. We really enjoyed our stay, and we will be back.

Would stay again!

We are extremely picky about cleanliness and this room was very clean. There was plenty of room and it was very easy to contact renter for info. I got responses almost immediately. We would definitely stay here again!

Quick weekend

We went to Panama for a quick weekend and found this condo last minute. We reached out to the owner and he was very helpful and nice. When we arrived we were very happy with the location and the condo. It was more than enough room for myself, my son and 3 of his friends. (All teenagers) The condo was very clean and had everything we needed including nice beach chairs. We will definitely be renting this condo in the future!

Family vacation

Our stay was great! The condo is beautiful and the view of the beach and the pier was perfect for the 4th!! Having an infant it was nice to be able to watch the fireworks from the room. It was super easy to get ahold of the owner and they were very quick to help with what we needed. Our family enjoyed our vacation and couldn’t have asked for better accommodations!!

Fabulous view!

We really enjoyed staying here! The condo was beautiful and the views from the balcony were amazing! The condo complex is easily accessible. The location is great because the beach is not crowded. Even with double red flags the entire vacation, we still had a great time! Owner is nice and responsive.

Excellent spacious Condo

Even the bathrooms are larger than most Condos. Furnishings were up to date and comfortable. Nice Ocean front from living room and master bedroom. Convenient to be on the third floor.

Great Place to stay

This property is excellent. We really loved the location, easy access in and out. Security was great, we never felt unsafe all times of the day and night. The condo is very comfortable and well equipped. We loved it here. The contactless check in was fabulous, the communication was great, the pool was fun, but the view from this balcony is stunning. We were very sad to leave, but we will be back!

We fell in love with charming Panama City Beach, FL from the first sight and started looking for a vacation home. We found a condo that was kid-friendly, had a great neighborhood, was located in a newly-built resort, had modern amenities, and had so much space - a requirement for us and our three kids.
