A Great Vacation Spot! Pool, Spa, Dockage and views of the Ocean!

This 3 bedroom, 3 bath home has a refreshing feel to it the moment you walk in the door. The spacious foyer leads to the first floor bedroom, bath and recreational area or take the stairs up the main level. The top landing is open to the living, dining and kitchen areas. Windows and French Doors bring in the views! A wide screen porch runs along the back of the house and overlooks the pool, canal and ocean views.

Clean and bright, the kitchen has all the amenities and a pass through bar area. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath with shower. Second bedroom opens to the living area and shares a hall bath that has a shower and separate tub. Downstairs is a third bedroom, bath with shower and a sitting area that opens onto the pool deck. A separate jacuzzi/hot tub and dockage for a 25' boat and high-speed internet service WiFi complete the picture. Ocean access. Spa heat is included but the pool heat is optional and an additional $150 per week.

The home is 1/2 mile from Sombrero Beach if you need to get sand between your toes! Dedicated bike path to the beach is right across the street.

Washer/dryer, microwave oven, gas grill, central air upstairs, wall unit downstairs, TV and DVD in living room. TV in master bedroom, upstairs guest bedroom and downstairs sitting area. Stereo up and down. This house is a no smoking home.

Rates: Winter/Summer $2300.00 per week. Holidays $2500.00 per week. Lobster Weeks $2550.00. Fall Discount (after labor Day to Dec. 1 except for Thanksgiving week) $2000.00 per week PLR2015-00174

Personal or business checks are welcome for all payments and deposits unless the reservation is made within 21 days of arrival in which case a Cashier's Check will be required or payment by credit card. We use a credit card processor service and they will charge a processing fee of $29.95 for Visa, MC or Discover.

To hold a reservation the signed paperwork must be accompanied with a payment of the deposit and booking fee. 90 days prior to arrive a payment of 1/2 the rent and tax total is due with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within 90 days of arrival the deposit, booking fee and 1/2 the rent and tax total is due and within 30 days of arrival the total would be due.
