New 4 Bedroom/3 Bath Family Home with private pool and 40ft dock near Sombrero Beach, shopping & dining!

This spacious 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom canal waterfront home is fully stocked and perfect for families or groups to enjoy island living! From fishing to relaxing poolside, this beautifully decorated home has everything guests need for a wonderful stay. The large main open floor plan includes a comfortable living room with plenty of seating and a 65” TV. The dining room is able to accommodate seating for up to 8 as well as a counter island with seating for up to 4. Our kitchen is fully stocked and also includes extra appliances. There is also an additional outdoor balcony living area with seating and wonderful views. The home provides free high speed Wi-Fi, smart TV’s in all rooms with preferred cable, bath and pool towels and large capacity washer and dryer.

The 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom home has plenty of space for everyone to relax. The Master suite has a King bed with a double vanity en-suite bathroom and a large shower. The Junior Master bedroom has a King bed along with a single vanity en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom has a Queen bed and the fourth bedroom has twin bunk beds and a full-size bed. These bedrooms are adjacent to the third bathroom which has a tub/shower combination. The home also offers a pack-n-play and highchair for younger guests.

There are many outdoor amenities to enjoy the beautiful sunny days, including a private heated or chilled pool, private 40ft dock with fish cleaning station, kayaks, ice machine and freezer. The large covered terrace has a dining area and seating area with an outdoor TV for many hours of entertainment. There is also a gas BBQ grill for outdoor meals along with a mini-fridge for convenience. Plenty of covered parking as well for multiple vehicles and a boat trailer.

Guests are able to enjoy many popular area attractions including beautiful Sombrero Beach which is just 1-mile down the road. This public beach offers free parking, a large playground area for children and public restrooms. Many restaurant options are nearby, as well as convenient grocery stores, Publix and Winn-Dixie, about a 2 minute drive from the home. The home is centrally located within an hour drive to Key West and about 20 minutes to the famous Bahia Honda State Park for easy day trips.

*For 2026 we are currently accepting check-in days on Friday's or Saturday's, if another day works better for your itinerary, please reach out to us to confirm if we can accommodate your request.

The only downside to the property was that we had to leave! It is centrally located to attractions and restaurants. The house was clean and the bedrooms were comfortable. Plenty of space to cook and eat in, if you're not enjoying the local restaurants. We saw a manatee off the pier, and enjoyed kayaking the canal. It's a peaceful area, which allowed us to catch up on sleep from all the activities. Would recommend this for families and groups looking to explore and enjoy Marathon as you can get just about anywhere in a few minutes.

The house is perfect! Well stocked, comfy beds, short boat ride to open ocean, beach super close. The host is awesome. She genuinely cares about her guest. She responds to communication fast. There was a small issue at the house(totally out of her control) that she made us aware prior to arrival and even offered a refund if we didn’t want to come anymore. She resolved the issue as quickly as possible. We will definitely be back. We’ve been coming every year this week for 7 years and this is the second house my family said they want to come back too. You won’t be disappointed.

It was exactly what we were looking for. There was 10 of us - 4 of which were under 5 - and the house was perfect. We took turns fishing/lobstering while the kids enjoyed the house, pool, dock, and all that Marathon had to offer. The house was kid friendly with pool toys and games to keep them busy for the week. The dock was set up well, plenty of room for our 22 foot Tritan and only a 15 minute idle to the open ocean. Can’t wait to visit again!

Wonderful home in perfect location

We had a magnificent week staying at this house. The house was absolutely beautiful, clean, and fully equipped. Not one complaint to be made! If my family goes back to Marathon, we will definitely stay at this house!!!! You will not be disappointed.

What a beautiful place to stay and enjoy everything in Marathon. Perfect place for a great sunset, boating, fishing, & hanging out with family. Communication with host was excellent and we had everything we needed to make the most of our trip. Can’t wait to get back down and visit Sombrero Sunset again!

House was perfect for us friends and family were very comfortable.

The house is new and in perfect shape. Plenty of dishes plates and flat ware. The pool and outside was great for entertaining during the day and the dock is in great shape with water and electricity available. Will definitely be back.

Amazing Property

Everything about this house is outstanding. The location is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house is within a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk of Sombrero beach. The house itself has a nice setup for two families with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Our kids loved fishing off the dock and swimming in the pool. The owner Jessica is great to work with.

Spring Break with Family

We had a great stay in Marathon. This house was perfect for our group of 10. The kids loved the pool and to be able to fish from the dock. I enjoyed lounging poolside reading my book. We thought the location of the house was great with easy access to the beach, grocery stores, and other shopping. Jessica was awesome and very responsive to any questions we had! It definitely was a great vacation.

Great Stay for Two Families

We enjoyed our spring break stay at this beautiful house conveniently located to nearby beach, grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed (cookware and utensil's) to make meals. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, the pool, kayaking, and bonus has a huge ice machine downstairs outside. Which came in handy for our boat days when we needed to fill the coolers. Jessica was a pleasure to work with and we look forward to returning again in the future.

Home away from home

What a wonderful house. Well maintained, clean and has everything you’d need and more. Felt like home on the keys. Spacious bright and airy. Loved the pool (make sure to ask about heating it in advance). The dock provided beautiful views and a handful of fish and wildlife sightings from a shark, jellyfish a manatee and more. With Sombrero beach being just down the road and shopping up the road you can stay and have everything at your fingertips. Perfectly situated in the middle of the Keys chain exploring the other islands is a beautiful and pretty quick drive.

Great home base in The Keys

Stayed for a week with our kids and grandkids. Plenty of room. House was clean and well stocked with appliances, pool toys and beach supplies. We rented a pontoon for a few days and the canal location was perfect. Property manager was very responsive to questions and resolved a minor issue immediately. Loved our stay!

Perfect Location with a Great Property

Had a fantastic week with wonderful weather. The house was exactly as advertised, well laid out, beautiful decor and clean throughout. Our family was thrilled with the accommodations the minute we walked into the home. Shortly after exploring the home and awesome backyard, we walked on the dock only to be greeted by a manatee swimming under the dock - Very cool! We really enjoyed exploring the canals with the provided kayaks.Jessica was a wonderful host who quickly answered all of our questions before and during our stay. The backyard is beautiful and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and more. We highly recommend this property if Marathon and the Florida Keys are on your destination list!

2 week stay

This is a very nice property with great dockage. The house had everything we needed including an ice machine. The kitchen is very well appointed, the beds are comfortable and there is a tv in every bedroom. I did run to Bealls and get a few washcloths and a shower caddy for the master bath but that was my choice. The towels are white and I didn’t want to stain them with sunscreen or makeup. The dock was great for our 34foot cat. There are bumpers on the post, a fish cleaning station, water and electric It is about a 15-18 minute idyl to open water. Jessica was very easy to contact and resolved two minor issues quickly. We will definitely seat here again!

Marathon Trip

This was our second time staying in this house. We love the house and location. The house is spacious, clean, and well stocked. I love that the pool area offers privacy with the plants that line the property. Would definitely come back.

Great Location!! Great Property

This is our second time staying here DOES NOT DISAPPOINT. Pros Very Clean, nice dockage, great AC over all very nice! Cons-Ice machine didn't work, laundry is very loud when you do a load of clothes, and over all living area is small for 8-10 ppl. But for the price you can’t complain!! Definitely will be back!

Jessica's home was awesome. They accommodated every request and were super helpful. Anything that came up they addressed quickly and the property was gorgeous. I would highly recommend this property and I will be back again.

This is a wonderful home on a beautiful canal. We had 4 adults and two teenagers and there was plenty of room for everyone. This house is in a great central location as well as being close to fishing and the beach. The house has everything you need from kitchen ware to pool/beach supplies and fishing gear. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.
