Greene Lodge at East Cove on Lake Keowee

Summary:
A unique property on Lake Keowee originally purchased as a Boy Scout camp. The Greene Lodge was designed with gathering and lake enjoyment in mind. If you are looking for a cozy, traditional lake house with plenty of space for your group this is your place. Located in a no-wake cove with a public boat ramp minutes away. We embrace the rustic feel while providing a clean, comfortable, and cozy space with all the standard modern amenities. (Slide on 2nd dock was damaged in storms and removed)

The Space:
The master bedroom and bath are located on the main floor. The master bedroom has a large sitting area with a jet tub that overlooks the beautiful emerald green waters of Lake Keowee. Two additional bedrooms, a full-size bathroom, the kitchen and a large gathering room are located upstairs as well.

Downstairs, you will find 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and the terrace level gathering room which has an extra refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and fun popcorn (kernel type) popper. Overlooking the lake, we have a firepit to enjoy with your group.

This setting is so quiet and peaceful, you'll forget you're conveniently located within miles of numerous restaurants and grocery stores. Come see why Lake Keowee has become a favorite getaway!

1-“Captain’s Quarters”- master on main level with king bed and attached seating area with sofa
2-“The Blue Ridge Room”- main level with 2 twin beds
3- “The Beechwood Room”- main level queen bed
4-“Pretty Place”- terrace level queen bed
5- “The Bunk Room”- terrace level 4 twin bunk beds
6- “Keowee Overlook”- terrace level 2 queen beds and 2 twin rollaway beds

Bathrooms:

1-Tub/shower combo on main level (hallway access)
2-Master bathroom has tiled shower with separate spa tub in sitting area on main level
3-tub/shower combo on terrace level (hallway access)
4-tiled shower on terrace level (access from game room and onto outdoor lower deck)

The no smoking rules extends to the entire property including porches and outdoor spaces

The Neighborhood:
12 miles to Clemson University

Other Things to Note:
In most cases, fireplaces are not operational.
