Moonlit Retreat and Starlit Ranch—Two homes, One Retreat! Together, they offer a total of 13 bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms. Just less than half a mile apart from one another.
The Space:
You can go hiking or riding; if Mother Nature provides, you can see the Superbloom. Explore the canyon on your own or with your family and friends, there are a lot of 4WD trails and HOV trails. If you have a passion for the arts, you should visit the world-famous Sky art sculptures and the Borrego Springs Performing Arts Center... As soon as the sun goes down, the only necessary thing is to look up; this area is recognized as an International Dark Sky community... the sky has no boundaries.
Guest Access:
For Starlit: Guests have full access to the house, and grounds. For Moonlit: Guests have full access to the house, and grounds, except for the storage container in the back where supplies are stored. ** Reminder: ATVs are welcome for parking onsite but should be transported by non-ATVs when accessing local roads. Guests are encouraged to research Borrego Springs road accessibility and restrictions before planning their ride.

Quiet neighborhood with stunning views, and landscape. The is an International Dark Sky community, the sky at night is absolutely magical!
Getting Around:
Centrally located, just over a mile to downtown with many restaurants and shops. Quick walk down the block to the Coyote Bar and Steakhouse. These two houses are about 5 miles away from Anza-Borrego Desert State Park Visitor Center; that provides insights into the desert's flora, fauna, and geology, making it a great starting point for exploration. The houses are also approximately 6 miles away from Borrego Palm Canyon Trail, this trail offers a scenic hike leading to an oasis, ideal for outdoor enthusiasts. While Borrego Springs Performing Arts Center is about 3 miles from the two houses, this venue hosts various performances and events, perfect for art lovers.
