What really makes this home special is the Huge, fully fenced, level back yard with its large grass lawn area and deck with an outdoor eating area, hot tub, BBQ and even two toddler's swings. Our Grand Daughter was in Heaven! The home has a very comfortable floor plan with a good balance of common areas to hang out and watch movies, then enjoy private bedroom space. The kitchen is truly well stocked, and we took full advantage of it preferring to cook there all but 1 night of our 9 day stay! We are a family of 7 adults and a 2yr old. We loved being together here and really spent most of our time in the back yard! Over the years we have enjoyed homes in West Shore, Tahoe Donner and Carnelian Bay and found Dollar point to be our new favorite location, so close to restaurants, shopping, miniature golf, beaches and everything you could want. The streets within Dollar Point are perfect for walking your dog with lovely homes to look at and gorgeous views of the lake. Miriam is wonderful! She’s fast to respond to questions about the house and area in general. If you’re looking for a comfortable get away, this is the spot!

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at this Lake Tahoe house. While the home is small, it is incredibly comfortable and laid out perfectly for a relaxing getaway. The absolute highlight for us was the fantastic fenced-in backyard! It was a secure and happy space where our dogs could safely play, which made a huge difference to our trip.Overall, a great, cozy spot for those traveling with pets. Highly recommend!

Great house for people and Dogs.

We enjoyed our stay here, the house is extremely well stocked. You won't have to worry about having enough towels here. The kitchen is also very well stocked for all your cooking needs. The back yard is very large and great for dogs, plenty of room to run around without worrying about them getting out. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay!

Recently stayed here while in town for a wedding. The house was clean, cozy, and exactly as listed. All amenities we would need! Home is a very short drive to Tahoe City, where we got groceries, went out to eat, and hung out at the beach. The backyard was perfect to play outside with our 2 year old. Overall a wonderful stay.

Perfect Week in Lake Forest

Had an amazing stay at this cabin. Everything was very clean and organized when we arrived. Great house to stay with friends / family. They have a lot of items / utensils for cooking, which made it easy for family meals. My dog loved the backyard and it was perfect for a family game night. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely stay again next year!

Let me just start by saying this house was the perfect winter wonderland to celebrate New Years Eve and my husband's birthday. The hosts were absolutely wonderful and incredibly responsive and understanding while we were trying to travel during the storm. Wonderful Home!

We had a lovely stay and it was beyond expectations. We always bring our own stuff when renting homes, but with this place we didn't need to. Everything you would need is provided! It even felt as if we were at our own cabin or a close friends. Great location, quiet neighborhood. The backyard felt like being at your own park! Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Great location, beautiful yard

We had a wonderful stay with our family. The large, flat, and lush green yard with swingset and outdoor dining space was just perfect for our young children and dogs to enjoy safely. We loved eating dinner on the deck every night and cooking with the well-stocked kitchen - it had everything you might need including a great selection of glassware for cocktails! The home was comfortable and the check-in/communication process was excellent. It was great to be in such a central, convenient location. We would love to come back!
