1800 sq ft cabin less than 3 minutes from downtown historic midway. Located centrally to all the horse farms and bourbon distilleries located in Lexington Frankfort Versailles and Midway. Sits on an acre of land and backs up to a 300 acre farm.

This home had a great location! We loved that the lower level had a bedroom with an en-suite as well as a family room. We could also park our car in the garage! We would stay here again!

We had a great time. This was a lovely cabin. The garage access was a definite bonus, esp when an unexpected rainstorm rolled through. Perfect for our visit and easy access.

Enjoyable stay

Host was very responsive and accommodating, cabin was in a great location, close to everything we were in town to do. It was clean and well stocked for our 5 night stay.

KY Trip

This is a great property and was perfect for two couples. The house was clean and host was accessible if needed. We will definitely stay here again if in the area. Midway is a cute little town with several nice restaurants and shopping.

Amazing value!

This place was great. It is an excellent location not too far from anything and away from busy hustle and bustle. It was spacious, comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities. The owner Alex was top notch, friendly, and responsive. We will stay here every time it's available when we travel to the area.

Cabin was great, beds were comfortable and communication with the host was EXCELLENT! The cabin was very clean but unfortunately due to the nature of one floor being a basement level, there was a a lot of inch worms, bugs, crickets in that basement level. Other than the worms/bugs, the cabin was wonderful!

Everything was great. Check in and communication with the host was easy. In a good location with easy access to everything we had planned. Lots of quaint towns nearby that are worth the visit.

Very Nice, Very Clean, Close to Everything

Very attractive and very clean. Lots of lovely touches outside, too! We had everything we needed. Property is close to everything in the general area because of its ease of access to I-64. We would definitely stay again!

Great Cozy Cabin

We were very pleased with the Cozy Cabin. It was so clean and so nicely decorated. We had everything we needed. So nice to have plenty of nice blankets. Communication was great and owner was super!Also great location in proximity to Highway 64 and very close to town center of Midway!

Cozy cabin

My husband and I stayed here with another couple for a quick bourbon trail trip and had a great time. The cabin is conveniently located and easy to find, and the host made it easy to get settled when we were arriving late. We had everything we needed in terms of kitchen/bathroom supplies and found the place comfortable and well-suited to our needs. We would definitely recommend!

What an amazing property! It is an ideal set up for 2 couples. We went by ourselves this trip and had all the amenities you could possibly want. Midway downtown is so close we visited many of the shops and restaurants! Love this little town so friendly! And the interstate is close to get on and venture to Bourbon Tours, little surrounding towns and so many fun horse attractions. Thank you for opening your home to us! We can’t wait to return!!!

Property is exactly as described. Communication with host was seamless and easy. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Bathrooms are stocked with all the essentials and immaculately clean. Bedding was cozy and fresh. This location gave us easy access to Keeneland and the Kentucky Castle where we were attending a wedding. We were even able to squeeze in a tour of the Bluegrass Distillery and had the added bonus of sighting the distillery cat, Tipsy, while sipping our morning coffee on the back patio.10/10 would stay again and plan to for our next Bourbon Trail adventure.

Beautiful Place

We were vwry happy with the house, including the little extras that were there, like citronella foe the Tiki torches. The house was clean and well stocked. It was also close to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay again.

If you want a rustic stay with modern conveniences, this is the place to stay. Property was well kept, close to Midway and Lexington, distilleries, and great places to eat. Alex was a dream to work with had a TV problem and he was there to fix it prontro. Would recommend it highly.
