- There are security cameras and an active noise monitoring device at the perimeter of house. The noise monitoring does not record audio, only noise levels to prevent parties. There are no cameras inside the house.

- There is no active lifeguard on duty, and unsupervised kids are NOT allowed in the pool area.

- Well trained pets older than 1 year are welcome here! We charge an additional fee of $100/pet for your entire stay and require proof of up to date vaccination record (rabies and distemper). We ask you to keep pets off sofa, throws, pillows, sheets, comforters. Excessive hair found on these will be charged extra.

- Bedroom #2 is less private as bedroom #4 exits into it.
