Conveniently located just 10 minutes to Gulf beaches! 1 minute to the Boca Ciega, Seminole City Park and Pinellas trail!
Directly across from the huge front lawn, Kids will enjoy the playground, adults can walk, bike, or scooter the famous trail. There’s even a lake to fish!
At the ESTATE, relax and chill at the heated pool or Hot Tub or shaded giant bamboo trees in the rear yard.
Living room features a fireplace,. Two master suites with en-suite full baths. 55” Smart TVsOne is just off the front door for easy disabled guests or grand parents. A fully shaded dog pen is located in the rear yard.
Theres dining seating for 16 family, kitchen.
Both masters have smart TVs walk-in closet, walk-in showers. Three additional generous bedrooms all have smart TVs. new with comfy mattress and bedding.
The pool area has 4 pool lounge chairs,

Huge property/Great location

Home was large with a huge yard. Back yard was fully fenced in so that was great for the dog. Big pool which was immaculate even though was too cold for us to use this stay. Inside was perfect with 2 big living rooms and big dining table to fit all of us for meals. Super clean home. Great location across from park and trail. Would definitely rent again!

Great place to stay

Our children and grand children joined us for a family vacation and this was perfect for the 10 of us. We all agree that it was comfortable, clean, safe and private. The pool was a big hit. We’re already planning on trying to stay here next year.

Friends trip

Plenty of room for our whole group. The kids loved the pool. It was convenient to get to the beach and St. Pete's. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Pool Retreat

We loved our stay! The property was gorgeous and in a quiet neighborhood that was still close to everything you could need including beaches, restaurants, and stores. The pool was bigger and better than the pictures could even show. Wonderful layout! Thank you for an amazing week with our family!

Excellent Vacation Home

We enjoyed every bit of our stay. The house is clean, spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. Our favorites were the large pool area and the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels, large fridge for all our groceries and nice washer and dryer. Another plus were the additional access from the bathrooms to the pool area. Great communication by owner as well. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place

We stayed here after being temporarily dishomed due to the hurricanes. This was our 3rd rental and it was hands down my favorite. We have a 2 year old so I loved that we could walk across the street to the park every day. The home itself is spacious and beautiful. We loved the screened in pool and hot tub area and were in at least the hot tub every day. The tv out back was nice to have too. Stephen, the host, was great. He was extremely accommodating and always quick to get back to me. We Live in town but definitely look forward to coming back here if family se hever visits or even just for a staycation.

Perfect for a group

This house was chosen for the bed configuration and rooms for our group. It worked out perfectly. The kids loved the pool. House was in a good location. The park across the street was nice. Stephen was great communicating with us. Beach was close and so was several really good restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

Great spot for a family get away!

This home was beautiful and up to date with everything we needed for our family of 11 (parents, adult children and grandchildren) to have fun and enjoy a week together! Stephen is extremely attentive to any needs and checks to be sure we are comfortable and have what we need. This is our second stay at one of his properties and we will visit more in the future! Thank you Stephen for being so accommodating and welcoming!

Thanksgiving - Great Stay

Most amazing vacation rental with amazing host

From beginning to end was just amazing! House was clean and amazing just as the pictures show. Steve was very responsive and extremely helpful! Would rent again and again!

Great Spot!

Great spot for family. Pool and hot tub were clean. Kitchen is well stocked with accessories. Had a minor issue with the sink not draining in one of the bath rooms but no biggie. Would highly recommend. Park with pond across the street was fun and relaxing for the kids. Short ride to the beach and St John’s Pass.

Absolutely Awesome

Property was perfect for my family of 6 adults and 3 children. Close to the beach's, restaurants, shopping and Publix, yet still very private.....this was everything as advertised. The park across the street is great as well. Big warm pool and lots of space inside and out. Our host Stephen was absolutely awesome and communicated as needed. I would recommend this property to anybody, and we will be back!!

Family vacation

We took our first 3 generation family vacation to Florida and this property couldn’t have been more perfect for us. We couldn’t keep the kids out of the pool and we took many trips to the park right across the street. It was perfectly located for all the things we had planned. Stephan was very prompt on answering all our questions and very helpful. 10/10 would recommend. Hoping to make this a yearly adventure!!

Excellent all around

We had a great vacation at a great house. Stephen was a great host and has put together an excellent vacation property. We had a large group, and there was plenty of room for everyone. 5 bedrooms, living room and family room provided plenty of space, and the pool and hot tub were favorites. Just a quick drive to the beaches and shopping and dining. Only have good things to say about this house and we can't wait to come back again. Our group was made up of grandparents, parents with kids and 1 happy dog. Everyone had a great time. Again, thanks to Stephen for helping us to have a great week.

Great house!

This property was perfect for our family and had everything we needed! The location across from the beautiful park was perfect with a little one. Although we didn’t use the pool or hot tub (due to chilly weather) they are amazing to have for a vacation. We did enjoy sitting out back and relaxing. We cooked several nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. The layout and space in the house was perfect for large family as we were not all on top of each other. The host was very responsive and attentive to any questions and needs that we had. The large property was especially nice, in that, we didn’t feel like neighbors were too close as most properties are. Would definitely recommend this host and house and would definitely stay here again!

Great home!

Wish we could have stayed longer! Accurately described on vrbo app. Comfortable accomodations. Nice pool. Body wash and hand soap in each bathroom as well as some pantry items. Garage was not usable for parking, but owner may get rid broken sofa that was in there before long. Beautiful front yard. Park across the street was really nice with paved walking trail. Not as close to the beach as we thought, but still not bad. Communication with owner was superb and he brought us a needed item right away which was awesome. The bedroom with 2 singles needs curtains. Kitchen nicely stocked but could use a couple cookie sheets or baking pans. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a fairly large group looking for a decently priced place.
