Enjoy the beach life and the outdoors year-round as you are steps away from Torrey Pines State Beach, surfing, sunbathing and great hiking/biking. Just a few minutes away from Torrey Pines Golf Course and the Del Mar Racetrack. Twenty minutes to downtown San Diego, La Jolla, Sea World and Lego Land.

A short walk to several restaurants including Bird Rock Coffee Roasters, Robertos Taco Shop, Sports Bar and Pizza as well as a local small convienence store. Longer walk or short drive to Del Mar Village and Plaza.

Master Bedroom has a Casper California King Bed, walk-in closet, steam shower and soak tub. Second bedroom has a luxury Queen matress and third bedroom has a Full Size sofa bed with a foam topper. High end linens, towels and bathroom products included.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please hang up wet towels and do not leave them bunched on the floor.
Please throw out perishibleand opened leftover food and drinks. Sealed drinks or unopened non pershible food may be left behind.
Please turn off the heat/air and lights and remember to leave the keys, garage opener and parking pass on the kitchen counter. The door can be locked remotely upon exiting.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This property is exceptional with an exceptional host. The condo is situated in a meticulously manicured development and is totally updated, both finishes and furnishings. The interior is bright with lots of natural light. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and features a very large island making cooking fun and easy. The property has a seaside feel and is in a very scenic location between Torrey Pines Preserve and Del Mar.

Perfect Ocean Getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this rental home! The location is unbeatable, just steps from the ocean, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The cozy interior provided ultimate comfort, and we loved the nearby swimming pool and tennis courts. It was so convenient to enjoy both relaxation and activity. Amazing condo and host!

Extremely clean and updated VRBO right across the street from Torrey Pines State Beach in a beautifully kept condo complex. Margot is a great host, very responsive and she shared that this is their second home which was evident from the upgraded furnishings, comfortable beds, high end bedding and towels. Coffee pods, spices and a bottle of wine were a nice surprise. Highly recommend it and we look forward to staying here again very soon!

Holiday week with family

The townhouse is lovely—new kitchen and baths, attractive living area, huge master bedroom with view and fireplace. Everything is well cared for, and the owners have paid attention to the kinds of details that make visitors comfortable, The location near Torrey Pines State Beach is terrific. We were lucky enough to see record-breaking waves, and we discovered several new-to-us trails and hiking options. Because it was a family holiday, we were especially grateful for the very well-equipped kitchen.

This is a beautiful property in walking distance to the ocean with awesome sunset views. The description in the listing is accurate. Margot is the best VRBO or other rental service hosts that we have ever had the pleasure of staying with. Margot is extremely responsive and goes out of her way to assure a great vacation. The condo and property are spectacular with restaurants and a great coffee shop within walking distance. (Don't miss West End Restaurant if you stay here). Beautiful home and location!

The townhouse is beautiful and in a great location for proximity to downtown Del Mar, the racetrack, Solana Beach and North County beaches. If you want to cook, the kitchen has most the gadgets and tools that you and lots of great restaurants nearby if you don’t. While we didn’t go to the beach, the home seems to have what you need for a day at the beach which is about a 10 minute walk. The owner was easy to communicate with and available for questions on what to do and where to go. Great home!

Our stay at this property was wonderful! The property is beautifully decorated and well maintained. The layout easily accommodated four adults and allowed for good communal space as well as private individual space. The location of the property provides stunning ocean views of sunsets from the deck and the grounds are well maintained. It’s a short walk to a lovely beach with some nice trails for walking. The owner has thought of everything that one might need to enjoy the property and any activities you have planned in the area. The thoughtfulness allowed us to just relax and enjoy our time together and the beauty of Del Mar. We had a lovely stay and highly recommend this property! We are already planning our next trip back.

Wonderful!!

Beautiful condo!! Super clean, quick walk to the beach & steps away from the community pool! The condo is centrally located between all family fun areas - quick drive to Legoland, La Jolla cove, the zoo, etc! The community grounds was also beautifully kept with short hiking trails from the steps of the condo w/ a spectacular view of the whole valley! Enjoyed lounging in the outdoor patio by the fire pit and watching the sunsets from the balcony & upper master bay windows overlooking the ocean! Margot is a lovely host! She is super communicative and wants your stay to be wonderful. We’d come back and stay again!!
