This place was a home. Very comfortable and clean. Excellent communication with hosts. It was in an awesome community. Very "Mayberry" like. Safe and beautiful.

Great guests - stayed for the week over the Christmas holiday. Very friendly and good communication. They left the house in wonderful shape on departure. We would definitely host them again should they return to the area. Thank you and Happy New Year!
We had a great weekend staying in Earlville while the kids checked out nearby Colgate. It was cozy and comfortable and everything we needed for our stay. The hosts have added all sorts of little touches to make the property unique and memorable.

James and his family were fantastic guests. They took care of the house, quiet, communicated well and left it clean and orderly on departure. Would highly recommend. Thank you!
We loved this house. Everything was obviously well thought out and there was nothing lacking. The top floor was a little warmer, as old houses tend to be, but every room had multiple fans available so we never got hot. The backyard is huge and there’s more than enough space inside so everyone could have some quiet time, if they desired. It was an awesome place to stay and had a great history, and it’ll be our first choice to visit again next time we’re in the area. Definitely one of my favorite house rentals ever!
