Oceanfront, luxury condo in prestigious Kingston Plantation

This newly renovated and furnished 2 bedroom, 3 bath condo is on the 5th (top) floor of the architecturally unique, fully secure North Hampton In beautiful Kingston Plantation. Enjoy spectacular ocean views from everyone of the 4 new sliding glass doors. Dine or lounge on the large 8 foot x 48 foot covered deck that is accessible from both bedrooms, the living room and the dining room. Kingston Plantation is a beautifully manicured resort, centrally located in Myrtle Beach and is close to golf, shopping, restaurants and shows.
This condo has tile and wood floors throughout, granite countertops and both counter-eating and a separate dining room. There is a large, full kitchen that is fully equipped to either cook your favorite meal or simply prepare a sandwich or pizza. Right off the kitchen is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There are three newly renovated, roomy bathrooms, making shower time a breeze. The condo has three l flat screen T.V's and free wireless internet. There are no additional fees for towels and linens.

This is a great condo with a huge balcony and an easy walk to the beach. The owner was a pleasure to rent from and we hope to stay here again.

Beautiful oceanfront condo in North Hampton. Well stocked kitchen, nicely furnished and amazing deck for morning coffee & relaxing in the evenings! The property owner, Sam, was very responsive and great to work with!

Great place to stay!

Sam’s condo was such a great fit for our family ! The condo has been updated and it’s very reasonable in price for a two bedroom at North Hampton. The large balcony was very nice as the sun never hits it throughout the day or afternoon. Makes for a great place to relax and have breakfast or lunch breaks. I would highly recommend and plan on staying again.

Wonderful condo at Kingston Plantation

My family and I stayed here for a week and absolutely loved every minute. The condo is as pictured and has wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean. The condo was very clean and well equipped. Sam was very accommodating and very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely be staying here in the future

Oceanfront Gem!

We had the best vacation staying at this beautiful condo with amazing ocean views from every room. The host, Sam, is responsive and friendly. The condo came equipped with everything we needed, was very clean and is in a perfect location. We could not have asked for a better experience and hope to return again!

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo!

Our family really enjoyed this beautiful condo, it has amazing views from large balcony, great location. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We were there during the week of the fourth of July and this area was nice and not overly crowded like our stays in the past at other locations. I’m a picky person and have no complaints! Would highly recommend this condo!!

Best host ever!

From start to finish my host was engaged and communicating. Immediately have me his contact informative and answered any questions I had. The property was beautiful and clean. Any dish I needed was there, and there were many condiments ie coffee and ingredients that I wanted. I've been going to Myrtle Beach for over 15 years and this is probably the property I will use my next 15 years.

Amazing views, beautiful property

The Kingston Plantation resort is beautiful and the views from this North Hampton condo can’t be beat. I’ve been renting VRBO for 15 years and have never worked with such a helpful and responsive owner. Having access to the large balcony from 4 sliding doors was a luxury. The kitchen was well stocked. With 6 people, it was nice to have 3 full bathrooms. I would absolutely rent from Sam again and would highly recommend

Best Experience Ever !!!

What a wonderful experience with this property and the owners! Let me start off by saying that I am very picky, if you are picky this is the place for you! These owners have thought of absolutely everything! The owners are so thoughtful and caring and their communication is truly amazing! I would book this condo again and again. I would not even look and compare this to any other listing. The price is amazing and the experience was stellar! Thank you so much! I’ve been back 3 days and have already passed the info on to many of my friends and customers! Hurry and reserve now because this one is going to get booked up quick! :)
