Located in the bright daylight basement of a large home, this one-bedroom apartment offers a comfortable queen bed, a kitchenette, fast WiFi (above 500 Mbps,) a dart board, and a ping pong table!

Enjoy the large backyard, where you may be visited by a mama deer, and feel free to use the outdoor charcoal grill!

For stays of 7+ days, our concierge laundry service is included.

This daylight basement apartment is located underneath a large home. You have your own entrance, and no interaction with the upstairs. That upstairs is also another rental.

This home is in the desirable Northwest section of town, where upper middle-class families have homeschooled children playing in the streets, and retired neighbors garden outside during the the daytime. You can expect to see a flock of turkeys walking down the street, and maybe a mother deer and her fawn, in the yard.

Due to the nature of shared ceilings/floors, the preferred guest of this daylight basement is a quiet professional. This is not a space for a student who parties.

There is a large, comfortable queen sized bed, a full bathroom, living room with Chromecast TV so you can stream through your own device, a ping pong table, and a dart board. There is a kitchenette of a hot plate and skillet, a microwave and air fryer, coffee maker, mini fridge, and sink.

Access to the apartment is down a set of stairs, which are made of railroad ties and gravel. You will have a key to the door, which is your own private entrance.
The upstairs is off-limits completely.

Mail service is not available for this apartment. You will need to set up a PO Box at the Post Office, or The UPS Store. (UPS Store is the closer option.)

Your hosts, Ellen and Tori, are available to assist with any needs. They respond within the hour to any messages, through this platform.
The guests upstairs is only to be bothered in an emergency.

Upon booking, you will be asked to sign a Temporary Occupancy Agreement, and to submit your email address and driver’s license.
