Our Urban Rustic Getaway is nestled in Corvallis Oregon. It’s a wonderful home built at the turn of the century, with all new renovations and finishes! Enjoy cozy evenings by the fireplace, or fun nights out, walking back home. This property is decorated in a vintage modern vibe with the luxury flair. You'll feel like you are on the set of HGTV! The kitchen is fully stocked with a large refrigerator to enjoy long summer stays, or hosting a reunion or party. Beautiful location with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. 3 min to OSU. Minutes to downtown, 1 hr to the Coast! Events & pets with approval only, fees apply.

- Do not use any kind of dye in the showers, sinks, or baths.


- Pet Rules:
We are glad to host your pets too (as in dogs 🐶). Anything beyond that — lizards, ferrets, emotional support peacocks — needs a little pre-approval, just so we’re all on the same page. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. I really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you!

We ask for compliance in a few house rules:

🛋️ No pets on the furniture — no matter how much they side-eye ya.

🚪 No pets in the bedrooms. We just replaced carpets and are trying to keep things fresh and fur-free.

🛏️ Bring their own bedding if possible to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! If you don’t have any, let me know — I’ve got extra pet blankets you can use.

🚿 No pet baths in the tub. That spa day is for humans only.

🚧 Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance.

🚫 No unkenneled solo pet parties — please don’t leave your pet unattended unless properly crated.

🐶 Need pet care while you're out? We’ve got a Rover sitter on standby — just say the word.

💩 Please scoop the poop. It’s basic trail etiquette and good humaning.

There is a $40 per week per pet fee for dogs (capped at $120 per month), Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis- please inquire. If you already paid it through your reservation, great! If not, please reach out and we can discuss the various channels depending on how you booked that we can use.
