25 minutes drive from SOHO and downtown NYC, Newark airport, American Dream Mall, MetLife stadium. 15 minutes from Cape Liberty Cruise Terminal and Staten Island.

- A Grill in the private backyard
Second Floor
- Family room equipped with a 55" Smart TV and
- Full bathroom
Third Floor
- 1 bedroom with a King bed with full bathroom
- 1 bedrooms with a Queen bed
- 1 bedroom with 2 full beds
- One full bathroom with a tub
Guest access
You will have access to the entire unit. Detailed check in info will be given 24 hours prior to check in. You will be given a code to self-check in. Please respect check in (4pm) and check out (10am) times. Please be mindful of noise especially during noise curfew between 10pm till 8am.

Must be over 25, have verified ID and reviews to book. Local bookings will be considered on a case-to-case basis. Please make sure ALL guests in the group honor all house rules :)
