This is a spacious one bedroom/one bathroom apartment located in the Lower Garden District. It is on the THIRD floor, no elevator. It's located 1 block from Magazine St, 6 blocks from the Warehouse District and 1.5 miles from the French Quarter. The convention center is about 1/2 mile away. There are two large rooms to the unit: 1) the kitchen, living room and dining room and 2) a bedroom (queen bed) with a walk-in closet, the bathroom and a washer/dryer. The kitchen has a full size fridge, a small stove top and oven, coffee maker and microwave. Linens, towels, all kitchenware provided. All utilities and Wi-Fi included. Each room has its own minisplit a/c and heating unit.
