Great spot for families!

Beautiful home and a short drive away from University of Utah. Coming from out of state, it was a good home away from home while we enjoyed all the graduation festivities in Salt Lake City.

This was a fantastic rental. The owner provided everything we needed as well as checking in on us throughout the stay to see if we needed anything. We had plenty of room and the decor was tastefully done and gave a homey feeling. The townhome was very well maintained. We will definitely stay there, if available, on our return visit.

The kitchen is well stocked with spices and cooking needs, unlike many other homes we have stayed in. Everything was very clean, warm and cozy. We didn't have a chance to use the fireplace. It was a little warm during our stay. The host was wonderful and very communicative. The restaurant suggestions she gave were perfect. The house is centrally located to lots of hiking, shopping, restaurants, tourist sites and the airport. We would love to stay there again in the future.

Perfect for our group!

Very clean and great space. Quiet building, plenty of parking and the house was very well equipped with all of the essentials including the kitchen items (toaster, toaster oven, crockpot, griddle, grill, and more). Convenient to ski resorts! We will return to this house for future trips to the area. The bathrooms are through walk-in closets and there are barn doors for the walk-in closets - no problem for our group though as our stay was with our immediate family.

Great place!

Spent 10 days here on a family ski trip. Very spacious, well laid out, functional, well appointed, spotlessly clean and quiet. Never an issue parking directly in front of the unit. Michelle reached out several times to check on us and was always quick to respond. Location was central to everything. There really wasn’t much to do within walking distance but honestly that had very little impact on our stay. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.
