This place is centrally located in the Tufts Somerville neighborhood. 1.9 miles to Boston. A 5-minute drive to Assembly Row and major highway. 13-minute walk to the Magoun Square MBTA station. You and your guests will be close to many of the most popular attractions that Somerville, Cambridge, and Boston have to offer. The house has 3 king beds and 1 queen bed.
There are 6 Ring security cameras outside the house for home security. It will be on during your stay.

This is a newly and fully renovated modern home

Your personal 4-digit entry code can access both the front and rear doors. You and your guests will have full access to all rooms in the entire house, except the basement, which is supplies for our cleaning staff only.

We have off-street parking for 3 sedan/ small SUV vehicles in the driveway. Moving trucks cannot fit our driveway. Street parking is by permit only. Pack and play is available at least 24 hours notice request before the check in time.

No parties are allowed. Quiet hours are from 9 PM-8AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. If the cleaners find traces of smoke, there will be an additional $250 added to the cleaning fee.

The check out time is 11AM. We often have to be strict regarding the check-out times so that the cleaning company has enough time to get the house properly cleaned, sanitized, and ready for the next guests. However, whenever possible, we will try our best to accommodate your schedule to allow for earlier arrival or later departure upon advance notice. If you check out between 11AM and 12PM without prior approval, you will be charged $100.00 automatically. If you check out after 12PM without prior approval, you will be charged an additional night at the current rate shown on the calendar.

Guests agree to book under the understanding that the hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises, and that the hosts are not responsible for the loss of guests' personal belongings or valuables. It is important to remember to keep pets effectively restrained by a leash when they are out of the house.
