Three bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a 3 level charming Victorian home in quiet suburb with plenty of parking. Large bedroom, living room/kitchen area and full bathroom with enhanced shower area on the 2nd floor and 2 bedrooms with shared full bathroom on 3rd floor. Outdoor deck and front porch.

We stayed at this house with a party of eight adults made up of family and friends, and it was the perfect home base for our Salem trip. The host had excellent communication from the start…providing clear directions on how to find the property, detailed information about the house itself, and thoughtful recommendations for things to do in the area.Any time we had a question, the host was very attentive and quick to respond, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed for a group of our size.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Salem!

Weekend family trip

We traveled with our children and parents for a graduation party in a neighboring town. The condo was perfect for a larger group. The condo was spacious and the deck was a nice place to hangout at night. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely getaway apartment

Really nice apartment located just north of Boston. Very convenient walking distance to local trails and lots of food choices nearby. Helpful and friendly owners.

Perfect rental for Boston trip

Great location. Only 10 minutes drive to downtown without traffic. The host is very friendly and provided great recommendations on restaurant. The outdoor patio is great to relax after a busy day!

Wonderful location ! The house is very clean and has everything you need . Carl gave us great restaurant suggestions. He also left snacks which made us fell very welcome . We would love to come back !

Comfortable and clean property

Excellent accomodations! The area was convenient and quiet. Our host was super responsive and accommodating to special requests. There were thoughtful touches, great coffee, a nice sundeck we enjoyed on the one sunny day of our stay, and comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again!

Exploring Boston and surrounding areas.

It was a comfortable place to stay with some restaurants and convenience shopping in walking distance. Two favorites were Gaetono and Fusion. An easy drive into Boston and Salem. Close enough for a day trip to Portland harbor area.

Lovely home, great location

I reserved this home for adult family members coming in from out of state for a family function. The hosts were great, very easy to communicate with and the property was lovely and easy to find with great access to the highways for getting around. My family wanted to especially call out the upstairs outside deck as an absolute treasure - they loved hanging out there!

Spacious, comfortable, well located

This was the perfect property for our short visit to Boston. Great location, super close for visits to downtown, Cambridge and Fenway. And also far enough away from town for quiet, peaceful evenings. The home was beautifully furnished, well equipped and check in/out was effortless. Would definitely stay there if in the area aagain. We also appreciated the detailed instructions, including informative labels on anything in the house we might have a question about.
