Three bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a 3 level charming Victorian home in quiet suburb with plenty of parking. Large bedroom, living room/kitchen area and full bathroom with enhanced shower area on the 2nd floor and 2 bedrooms with shared full bathroom on 3rd floor. Outdoor deck and front porch.

The accommodations were very clean and spacey. We were looking for a place that was in Stoneham near family that had 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms (there was also a third bedroom if needed). This worked out perfectly. It is on me that I didn't realize that this was a second floor (and third floor) unit. My wife has some mobility issues, but she managed the stairs. The owners are doing some renovations and I was unaware that the sidewalk leading to the entrance door would so uneven-that was a safety issue for her. I hope this is taken care of soon. The owner was always prompt with communicating with me about questions.

Lovely getaway apartment

Really nice apartment located just north of Boston. Very convenient walking distance to local trails and lots of food choices nearby. Helpful and friendly owners.

Perfect rental for Boston trip

Great location. Only 10 minutes drive to downtown without traffic. The host is very friendly and provided great recommendations on restaurant. The outdoor patio is great to relax after a busy day!

Weekend family trip

We traveled with our children and parents for a graduation party in a neighboring town. The condo was perfect for a larger group. The condo was spacious and the deck was a nice place to hangout at night. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place !

Wonderful location ! The house is very clean and has everything you need . Carl gave us great restaurant suggestions. He also left snacks which made us fell very welcome . We would love to come back !
