Room was clean and spacious. Amenities were nice with restaurant and coffee shop on property, multiple pools, hot tub, and water ice and bar in pool area. Best part is location to the beach and the ocean view from the balcony which is amazing. Pretty cool how pet friendly the property is even though we didn’t bring our puppy this time. Location is close to multiple great food places as well as top golf and broadway at the beach. We had a blast and will definitely be back!

The place was as described and the location was great. Although the amenities listed include beach towels, there were none. Had a hard time hearing back from the property manager. They are roaches in the property.

We stayed off season so it wasn’t crowded at all. Loved the water pressure in the shower, amazing!! Great ocean view. Hot tub was clean and hot. Beds were comfy. The unit could use some light maintenance.

Fun trip

My overall impression of my stay at the Patricia Grand is very satisfied and i wpuld definitely recommend it to anyone that wants to be cloae to the Ocean and all the activities surrounding the area.

We chose the site due to the beautiful balcony. The balcony was blocked and we didn’t have access the entire stay. The French doors were blocked from the outside and no windows opened. Other condos in the building had access but we did not.

The room was as described and plenty of room for us while at a volleyball tournament. The host reached out each day to check on us and that was very nice. Messages were answered promptly. Just a note on the hotel itself and not the room or host but we did book here as we liked the restaurant being in the hotel along with Starbucks as we are on limited time with volleyball-but the restaurant was closed as was Starbucks so that was disappointing. But the room and host were excellent. Pet friendly was also a plus but others should pick up after their dogs in pet area.

Patricia Grand Stay

Location was great. However, the condo could use a paint job-walls/doors dirty. The hallways looked dismal and dirty. Maintenance person was not very accommodating.

We were well pleased with our stay here, especially with having our fur-baby with us. Communication was top-notch, the check-in process was excellent, and the location to the beach was awesome. The oceanview was perfect! We would recommend this property to anyone! We would also book again. Thank you for a great experience.
