Awesome experience.

The home was tidy and had plenty of space. Although I was there by myself it had room for 6-8 people. Close to the incline and some of the best views of Pittsburgh. Highly recommend this home to anyone

Great Place to Stay

The property was very nice and provided more than enough space for our group of 4. Kitchen and dining room along with all the bedrooms were clean and provided plenty of room for everything we needed! The art on the walls throughout the house was nice and represented the city well! Our host was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. I will definitely stay here again next time everyone is in town!

Very good location, close to Mt Washington main strip. The management company's name is MegaClean, but the place was not. Bathroom had a moldy shower curtain and the floor was dirty.The single off-street parking spot got poached so we couldn't use it for our last night.

Great Location and Lots of Space!

Nick’s property was spacious, clean, and has lots of space. Our family of four was very comfortable here. There was a bit of a technical difficulty when using the app for check-in, but Nick remained very communicative in working through the issues. He was also very communicative throughout our stay. The property is in a great location, which is just minutes away from downtown, the stadiums, and the universities. Thanks for a great stay!

The apartment is misrepresented. When we came in the house it had a strange odor, the kitchen drawers were opened, the back door had a deadbolt that was broken and unlocked, there was stuff in the closets like a small Christmas tree blankets thrown on the ground and a hole in the wall. Clearly there was someone in there, living/sleeping prior. VRBO and the owner will not refund me and I had to book last minute at a hotel because my daughter was moving into college. It was very scary. Stay away from any rentals that Nick Marchuk owns. He is dishonest.
