Thanks for the review Tim. There was a roof leak at the time of Tim's stay. We currently have the roof on the schedule to be replaced so that should not be an issue moving forward. We have not heard of guests having issues getting the upstairs warm in the past.

Unfortunately this review is filled with dishonest remarks and lies. As a professional host I do everything I can to ensure guests stays are comfortable and enjoyable. This property is highly reviewed (4.7 Stars with 60+reviews) on Airbnb. We have hosted numerous families who have enjoyed the space with their children. Many of the issues raised are just not true, the property did not smell like smoke our cleaners are trained to run an air purifier immediately if smoke is detected (guest breaking house rules). All of the doors are in fact on their hinges. The rear deck door sometimes sticks in the hot weather, and the slats on the back deck are built to code – 4” on center for all spacing. We do store our cleaning supplies in a closet, and there was a small nail pop on a transition strip leading to the rear deck that has been repaired. We strive to provide quality stays for our guests so that they feel the property is a “home away from home.” If any issues are raised for our properties we have a maintenance team that can stop by within hours to make repairs. Our cleaners utilize a checklist when they clean the property to inspect for issues so that they can be dealt with preemptively. We hope that you take this review as an outlier for this property and not the norm.
