The Preserve

Had a nice quiet stay at The Preserve. The grounds were well kept and cabin was perfect for our needs. The restaurant Connie's (within walking distance) had good food and great service.

Island Park West Yellowstone

The cabin was clean and safe. There is also access to a barbecue and a hot tub.. Parking was close to cabin. My daughter and I have plans to return next year.

Very nice and reasonable

Very nice, clean cabin. Good location away from everything in West Yellowstone, but the Park was easily accessible. Mattresses were a little uncomfortable and it would have been nice to know there was no AC. It was in the 80s during the day this week, so the cabin was pretty warm when we returned late afternoon. At least there were a couple of small fans that, combined with the cooler temps at night made it bearable.

I was not advised there was no air conditioner

Walked into the room and it was steaming hot. We did not stay. We cancelled and i was told i would get a full refund.
