Exquisite 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home, built in 2020, overlooking a canal in Rotonda West.

Exquisite 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home, built in 2020, overlooking a canal in Rotonda West. No expense has been spared with the beautiful décor. The open plan living room, dining room and kitchen overlook the oversized lanai and pool area which boasts a large, electric heated lap pool. There are two separate lanai areas, one with seating around a fire pit.

Three ensuite bedrooms, the master with a king bed with soaking tub and large walk in shower, bedroom 2 with a queen bed and a walk in shower and bedroom 3 with two twin beds and a walk in shower which doubles as a pool bath. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed.

WIFI, bbq grill included as well as 3 bicycles. Electric Pool Heat $120 per week.

Obstacles

Property was beautiful. Just a few obstacles. The dishwasher and vacuum didn’t work. Weren’t able to use the grill for there were 2 empty propane bottles. Other than these little things, the home was beautiful.

Great Home in Rotonda West

My wife and I recently stayed at this property for 6 weeks. It is a newer beautiful home in a nice area and it met and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended.

Superb Villa

After about 30 years of visiting this area this is the best equipped villa we’ve ever stayed in. Great facilities, beautifully furnished and laid out and first class pool.
