My favourite trip!

Mark’s property was amazing! I could not have imagined a better place to stay when I was on vacation in St Pete. I came for almost 2 months from Canada and felt right at home. Mark was so friendly and helpful, especially during hurricane Helene when things were stressful. I can’t wait to come back, I will definitely be staying here again! I can’t recommend it enough.

Why this Property - Totally Updated, clean, and spacious 1 bedroom/1 bath oasis that is a light & bright END unit with windows on 3 sides! The interior boasts an open floor plan with a large GRANITE kitchen island and countertops, Stainless Steel appliances, NEW Refrigerator, and Stove 2019. The large master bedroom comfortably accommodates a king bed and has a large closet space with mirrored closets. The bath has been updated as well with granite counters & a tiled bath.
