Boca Shores

The property was exactly as listed. I was given supplies that lasted my stay (35 days). I wasn’t bothered or hassled. One of the most enjoyable stays I’ve had.

Disappointingly Small & cramped.

For the price it was a disappointment. This condo hasn't been updated since it was built. The owner should at least replace the kitchen sink and countertop and the same in the bathroom. The bath is very small & tight. It would also be very nice to have a detailed map of the complex along with a more informative listing of locations. For instance, we didn't know there were elevators until after we hauled our bags up three flights of stairs. The cable service also left a lot to be desired, no menu listing what the channels were. You have to scroll thru and make your own listings. In retrospect, I've seen many other condos at the same price that offered a much better experience and comfort.

Hi Dennis, I am sorry you were not happy with your stay. Had you contacted us during your stay we would have done everything possible to make your stay more enjoyable, but we never heard from you! This condo is original, but it is well stocked, clean, and close to attractions. The photos are updated and current, there is also a 3D tour, I'm sorry it didn't meet your expectations.

Not what we expected

Our VRBO process did not put us in the rental property that we had originally reserved because of an unexpected application process. The property management office quickly recommended another property that surpassed our expectations in vicinity of the original property.

353 Boca Shores Condominiums

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Convenient location with good amenities. Condo had a lingering stale cigar odor throughout our two month stay that we could not remedy. Bed sagged in the middle.

Decent place!

The complex was well cared-for, clean and quiet. We thought it was very good value and would come again if we had the right unit. I have a walking disability and wished we had a unit on the 1st floor or near an elevator, but that's my issue and NOT the fault of the complex...it just happened to be the unit that was available. It was a very nice unit...comfortable, well decorated and had everything we needed (kitchen appliances, linens, towels, WiFi, cable, etc.). The only critique we have is the bed was very, very firm and sagged in the middle with 2 people in it. My wife ended up sleeping on an air mattress in the living room...she said it was much more comfortable than the bed.

It sounds like you were still able to enjoy your stay. I wish you had let us know about the bed, if it is that bad of shape we will replace it.
