Have this beautifully remodeled home to yourself. Enjoy Tropical patio with large heated saltwater pool and 70ft deck with room for 60ft boat with water and power available. Short boat ride to Las Olas River front for shopping and dining.
The Kitchen includes: paper towels, Napkins, sponges, dish soap, dish detergent, garbage bags, basic condiments, bottled water, and Keurig Coffee/Tea machine with various flavors.
All bathrooms and closets include: fresh towels, pool & beach towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, toothbrush & toothpaste kit & premium hangers.
Laundry room includes: HE Detergent, dryer sheets, in-wash scent boosters, febreeze, clothes iron, and much more!!! Heated Saltwater pool
