Close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Only 30 minutes to the gulf facing beaches of North Padre Island and less to the great fishing and peaceful beaches of the bays.

The townhome has two large bedrooms upstairs and the full bathroom. Downstairs is the open kitchen and dining room, the living room, and a bathroom.
