We had a great tripThe house was beautiful, comfortable older very eclectic home. We absolutely adored the swimming pool and the hot tub which is 90% of the reason we take trips where it’s warm we spend all that time out of doors. I would’ve given it five stars because we had five stars worth of a good time there, but they were missing some instructions on how to start the hot tub. The book needed to be updated, the pool towels were locked in the closet in the hallway that we couldn’t get to so we had to take the white towels out of doors, which I felt terrible doing because they’re white and they stained so easily. I tried to be Careful and the pictures of the backyard are outdated. They need to put in new pictures that are updated to what it shows on the website, but Amy was on the spot. She took care of everything. She answered promptly. There’s just a few things that need to be fixed up the gate that goes out into the street is broken. It was zip Tied doesn’t make me feel really comfortable staying in a neighborhood. However, the neighborhood was fantastic. The neighbors were very quiet. It’s a super quiet neighborhood. We didn’t have any worries about anything at all. Just a few fix-it things and it was definitely would’ve been a five star.

Resort like getaway!

Excellent stay! Amy was very responsive and helpful. The house was beautiful, and bed was so comfortable. The private backyard was peaceful with the pool and hottub. Would definitely recommend!

We had a party at the Arts center for 2 family members turning 80. We had a great time at the property swimming and hanging out. My only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer.

The property is very spacious with private back yard. The separate laundry room was large enough to store your bikes. Nice pool and hot tub. Very quiet at night. Owner was very responsive in helping out with any concerns.

Little extra

Nice house. Noisy outside during the day due the army fighter planes practicing every day. Not a full stock kitchen so you might need to get creative when cooking.

During March there are military flight exercises in Yuma. As a result, the entire city is noisy. Our kitchen is well-stocked, and we always ask guests to let us know if there’s something missing as we’re happy to have it sent over or reimburse guests for the cost if they purchase themselves. We didn’t hear hear anything from Laura, unfortunately, so we weren’t able to help with this.
