My partner and I stayed here in March and very much enjoyed our stay. Host Catie was communicative and the apartment was spotlessly clean! We'd definitely recommend this vrbo and would happily stay here again. The bar/pizza place down the road is also delicious.
We had a great three day stay at this property. It was perfect for my wife, daughter, and I. This is a new property and was very well maintained.
It is right off the Bourne Bridge and is located just next to the Trading Post Lounge, which has the absolute best Pizza in the Northeast. We will be staying here again for sure.
The property was clean and neat. It had everything we needed and more. The host was very responsive when asked questions about the area. I would recommend staying if you ever visit the area.
Our spot was fantastic. Super clean with very hip conveniences/kitchen. Our Irish setter loved the property and the spacious apartment. Casie is an amazing and super-responsive host.

This was the perfect place for me! Private, quiet and near everything I needed. The apartment was clean, immaculate! My dog was very comfortable also! I highly recommend this anyone wanting to stay and explore Cape Cod!
A lovely private annex with a separate entrance, separate parking and even separate garden area. It was even nicer, lighter and more spacious than the photos. And it's all brand new, beautifully designed with everything you can imagine provided. The perfect stay!
Our hosts did a fabulous job in making this property the gem that it is. Quaint, cozy, clean, perfect! And awesome hot water and shower pressure !Love the location! Trading Post just 400ft from the property (AH-mazing pizza!) and the Lobster Trap Restaurant also short distance away…perfect! We hope to be back…soon (assuming there’s an opening)!!!
We spent 4 nights with our teenage boy and teenage doodle :) Very clean, very welcoming for the dog! Small attentions that makes the difference, coffee and milk available, feminine hygenic products, binder with tones of info. Highly recommend
I loved this place! When I opened the door, i was impressed with how spacious it is. Super clean, beautifully decorated and has everything you need. I wish i had time to enjoy the private patio. Hopefully, next time!

This spot was very cute and clean. It was perfect for me, my husband and our dog. I loved the retro look in the kitchen and decor of the apartment. The stairs up to the door were well lit with solar lights. Although we did not get to use it, there is a nice seating area and grill outside.

About the host
Hosted by Catie
I’ve lived on the Cape for almost 10 years and have been hosting guests since I arrived! I live here with my two sons just enjoying the peace and serenity of being in one of the most beautiful places in the world.
Why they chose this property
I love being by the water. This area is perfect because it’s close to beaches and all that the Cape has to offer yet near enough to the mainland to hop back over for a day in Boston.
What makes this property unique
As an amateur gardener I have fun adding new flowers and planting beds each year and watching the rainbow of colors evolve. We are near to the canal (walking distance) for bike rides and other activities like fishing. It’s a nice home on a nice property. Quiet and well taken care of.
