The Space:
Immerse yourself in the epitome of relaxation and comfort within this spacious two-bedroom resort suite. Each bedroom accommodates a king or queen bed, while the spacious living area includes a sleeper sofa. This retreat is further enhanced by a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, a convenient washer-dryer combination, and a soothing whirlpool tub. Step out onto the private balcony or patio and admire the surrounding scenery. This suite can accommodate up to six guests. Please note that the bedding configuration may vary and is not guaranteed. Air conditioning is available for a daily fee. Please contact the resort for more information.

· A rental car is highly recommended as there are limited public transportation options and most attractions and activities are not within walking distance.

Great place in Princeville

Our 2BR/2BA unit was wonderful. It was clean and fully stocked, everything we needed was in the kitchen or bathrooms. Would definitely stay again.

Kauai was great. The place we stayed was just OK. The first thing we noticed was the top screen of the screen door was hanging by a small piece of screen at the top. Some of the bath towels had holes in them. For the amount we paid per night this should not have been an issue. The staff had to have known about the screen door. Although we talked to the concierge people the first day, it wasn’t until the 2nd day they asked us to come back to get the wrist bands for access to everything. Everything was an upgrade - the air conditioning was 20/day. The WiFi was an upgrade. I don’t think I wil stay here again.

Property is nice needs a restaurant not food trucks. When I booked my room for a week they gave me two reservations, I was supposed to move to a different room on Thursday however the front desk was able to keep me in the same room for the week. Don't know why they wanted to move us to a different room halfway through our week stay.

Wyndham Princeville, Kauai

Enjoyed this stay at Wyndham Resorts. 2-BR/2 BA with full kitchen, living room, & washer/dryer. 2 pools on site with jacuzzi’s. A variety of restaurants located about 10 minutes driving distance. A few food trucks are available on/next to premises. You could hear people outside from the bedroom (had 2 queen beds) facing the parking lot. However, other bedroom (king bed) was facing a more secluded area with grass area and tall trees - very quiet. Resort charging $20/day for AC usage. No need during our stay (17-19 March); evenings were cool and mornings a little cooler so no need for AC; not in room during day so not sure if it would be intolerable but every room had ceiling fans. Main building (check-in) had a ping pong table, foosball table, a large gym with a good variety of workout equipment and a couple of treadmills. There was also an enormous indoor sitting area with a TV, library, and board games. The entry area also had complimentary coffee in the morning and carafes of lemon water in the afternoon/evening. An on-site vendor also had a variety of sports gear for rent including bicycle rentals for $20/day. After checking in, the front desk will direct you to the concierge desk for removable, waterproof bracelets to access room/pool area. Be wary that the concierge will offer a 90-minute timeshare presentation with guaranteed 1 week (1 BR1/BA) stay; we don’t believe in the value of timeshares so we did not partake. Spend your valuable time and money elsewhere.

Over priced fees, lack of cleaning

After careful consideration, I feel it is right to give you my honest feedback of the stay I had. First impression of the property was that I would feel safe in this neighborhood and maintenance workers and staff were so sweet and helpful. We ran in to both positive and negative things about the room itself. As residents of the south shore, it took us two hours to get to Bali Hai Villas so when my parents arrived to check in the room first, the room was not ready yet and only became available at 5:30 PM. The concierge Rayden was kind enough to give us a late check out of 11:30 AM instead of 10 AM. With a late check in, it seemed like our room was not even cleaned from what we smelled and felt. The floors & showers were gritty with dirt, some of the silver ware and mugs had tidbits of food stuck on it & one of the bedrooms smelled like sewage. If I am getting charged cleaning fees, then I expect what I pay for to be decently sanitary & not an extra job for us to do while we are paying the service especially during vacation & on my dads birthday. As we checked out yesterday, my Mom & I left sick and congested & really think it had to do with the air we were breathing because of the lack of cleaning, not to mention, we have asthma. I would like to request a refund for any and all fees I had to pay due to the lack of cleaning even though we had to wait for the room to be “complete & cleaned” & not to mention, leaving the resort sick & congested.
