• Must be 25+ in order to book.
• NO PARTIES - all visitors must be listed on reservation and by name on rental contract. No unregistered guests may be on the premises without prior approval.
• Quiet hours from 9PM to 8AM are strictly enforced to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance.
• Full acceptance of the landlord`s Rental Contract required within three days of booking acceptance.
• EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT: Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. These times are set to ensure our team has enough time to properly clean, inspect, and prepare the home for each guest.
If you need earlier access or a later departure, the best way to guarantee additional time is to book an extra night before arrival or after departure, subject to availability.

Perfect Reunion Home!
We loved this property! It was perfect for our family reunion with 8 adults and 13 children/teens. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat! Communication was excellent before booking, before arrival and during our stay. We loved all the rooms, space, seating, and backyard activities! There were termites in one room, but we told the agent and are sure it was taken care of right after we left. Hope you love it as much as we did!

Communication was excellent, any question we asked was answered faster than we expected.This place was perfect for our group and this trip. Depending on what you are looking for this is a great property. It is a little dated, the Keurig definitely needs to be replaced. However, we had 11 in our group 2 couples, 3 teens, 2 college kids and 2 kids under 3. So the bed configuation was great. The house was not appointed to where you're afraid to sit on the furniture. The only complaint was that the room with 3 queens for the 3 teens did not have a tv in the room.The pool and hot tub were great and clean and used everyday. Had to have a little Bocce ball tournament. Kitchen was well equipped for the meals we cooked. Having the main fridge and 2 additional fridges was great. The house was more than we expected and we enjoyed staying there. Quick easy access to groceries, close to restaurants etc. We never felt unsafe or anything like that. If you have a larger group with a wide range of ages and are looking for a place this property is highly recommended.
