- Fireplaces: Due to safety concerns and fire risks fireplaces are not for guest use
- Due to the property's location in the Sonoran Desert, scorpions, snakes, and other native wildlife may occasionally be encountered. This is a normal part of desert living and is not grounds for a refund or credit.

- Parties, events, or any other activity that disturbs the peace and enjoyment of neighboring properties are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund and fines ranging from a minimum of $500 up to $5,000. Additional charges may apply for damages and/or excessive cleaning.
- A rental agreement and ID will be required to complete your reservation.
- This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 1 0-195(c). The City of Phoenix short-term registration number for this property is​​​​​​​ 2022-2879.
