The 3 bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.

Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.

Charming in James Island

Amazing stay and fantastic property! Close to everything you want to do in the Charleston area. The home itself is great and fully stocked with anything and everything you would need! Clean, cozy and a huge back yard to relax while you’re in the Holy City! Thank y'all for a wonderful stay!

Very nice and clean and it was easy to get here and close to alot of places that we enjoy seeing. Loved the fenced in area and we could put our boat behind the gate. Perfect.

Perfect location!

We had a blast at this property, and it is one of our favorites we’ve ever stayed in. It was convenient to downtown and Folly Beach, and getting to IOP wasn’t bad either. It was super clean, the fenced yard was perfect, and the master shower was amazing! Definitely hoping to stay here again!

The house was a very nice clean home. It was close to downtown and all of the restaurants and attractions. The back patio on the home was really nice.

Very Nice Spot

Stayed here for two nights to celebrate my Citadel freshman's birthday. The accommodations were exceptionally nice. This was a very clean and comfortable home that is well equipped and nicely decorated. There were plenty of small touches showing that the owners truly thought of everything. This is a great spot for either a weekend getaway or a longer stay. I would most definitely return.

Fantastic house in a great location between Charleston and Folly Beach

The house is modern, well kept and easily accommodated adults, teens and a dog. It is well stocked with kitchen pots/pans, appliances and extras. The back yard is huge and fenced in, making it great for a dog. The neighborhood is very quiet and every driver was very nice to move over while I was waking the dog. It is a short 15 min drive to either Charleston or Folly Beach. Plus there are grocery stores close by. The owner was great with communication and quick to respond. Extremely happy with this excellent VRBO.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home - loved the floor plan and furnishings and gorgeous completely fenced backyard. Daughter LOVED the basketball net and dogs LOVED being able to run free. Had a few issues with lighting - backyard light on the deck didn’t work and none of the kitchen lights would turn on. Made it work and everything else went smoothly. The location was more than ideal - so simple to get to everything we wanted to see on this trip. And the neighborhood was quiet and even kids out playing were friendly. Had a great time!

Cockaroaches In This Home

It would have been a nice place to stay had there not been roaches in this home. A LOT OF ROACHES!!! I have lots of pictures but VRBO doesn't let you post them with your reviews. The home has a nice layout, but it is not kept well. I cannot believe this home received the reviews it has received. I got totally ripped off, $2,400 to stay in a roach infested home. I've used VRBO before, I will never use VRBO again!

Just like pictures

Overall the house was perfect for our few day stay. The backyard was definitely our favorite. Our dogs loved it too. The house was clean. However, there were a few things that need attention. There was a strong cigarette odor. We did show up right at 4 and the cleaner was still there. So the smell may have come from him. It did linger throughout our stay but it was definitely the strongest after he left. We also did notice one palmetto bug. But we know that is a common thing in the south. But it may bother others. We did notify the owner and they quickly apologized. Besides those two things, we definitely enjoyed our stay. It is close to downtown & Folly.
