Second Home

The condo rental was outstanding. Little things make a big difference. The living room had a multiple outlet for charging phones and such. Nice touch. When you got there, they had grocery carts to help you unload your car with an elevator. Just things like that make this a five star place. The screened in porch was a winner for having a cup of coffee in the morning or a drink in the afternoon.

Perfect place to stay for a perfect trip. Clean, and well stocked kitchen. More than enough room. Excellent view and the screened in porch was awsome. We will definitely be back. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of pots and pans. Beds were comfortable.

Fun in the sun.

Very nice accomodations. Not on the beach but still on the the waterfront with beautiful view of the inter-coastal waterway. Located just across a short bridge from downtown Folly Beach. Communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommend.🙂

Fantastic trip to Folly Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Folly Beach and our stay at Turn of River condos!! The location couldn’t be beat and the home was perfect for our group of 6 adults!! The space was bigger than I imagined - although it’s not huge, the bedrooms were in their own corners… and each had a bathroom which was the selling feature for me. We spent all our spare time at home on the screened porch watching dolphins swim by… it was so relaxing! The home was clean and the property managers couldn’t provide more communications - it was great and we felt very informed. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Could not have found a better place…..Excellent Stay.

This place was nothing short of amazing. From the first day we entered to the day we left. We had a seven day stay here and I must say for the four of us. The place was very clean, had more space than we needed which was nice, the views of the dolphins from the back patio was awesome, we walked to the beach which was a very short 1/4 to 1/2 walk, we range from age 56 to 70, lots of restaurants and shops nearby, we did travel to Charleston, Savanna, and other places to learn the history of this part of the South, nothing was too far away, at the end of our long days, it was so nice to come back to the comforts of this condo, and the host Steve was very helpful with all the information he provided us before and during our stay. We highly recommend this place.

I recently stayed at this beautiful rental property, and it truly exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived the condo felt like homeaway from home. The property was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with modern appliances, and the spacious living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Charleston and Folly Beach. The location was ideal- close to center street in Folly and a short drive into downtown Charleston, but still peaceful and quiet, especially loved sitting on the back deck overlooking the Folly River (saw a school of dolphins). The host was incredibly responsive, providing detailed instructions and offering helpful tips about the area. Overall, this property made our trip unforgettable, we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend anyone looking for a top-notch rental experience!

Beautiful Scenery

This condo was perfect for our family of six. It was extremely clean and had a fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, wagon and beach toys. The screened in patio was amazing with comfy outdoor seating. Just drive over the bridge and you are at the beach. Can’t say enough nice things about this condo. If you are looking … STOP this is the one.

Awesome stay

We had an incredible stay at this property. The view was breathtaking and very peaceful. It was wonderful to wake up to that view every morning and watch all the wildlife and boats go by. Saw the dolphins every morning which was the highlight for me. The condo was spotless, well maintained and in great location. I would highly recommend this place

Family Getaway

We had a great time. The condo has a relaxing welcome ora and decorated beautiful. The complex is quiet and the scenery gives you a feeling of never wanting to leave. The owners wholesomeness was very heartfelt. They text you before you get there and after , wanting you to know , if there's anything you need they are only a call or text away. We will be back soon. Absolutely Perfect

This place was what dreams were made of. We spent most of our time while at the house on the screened in balcony. It was so fun watching the tide come in and out and seeing the birds come at different times of the day. Everything was comfortable and clean. You can easily cross a short bridge to get to Folly and I highly recommend going to do just that for breakfast. A small FYI the kitchen smoke detector is extremely sensitive and went off everytime we used the toaster. It made for some fun laughs at first. And we ended up opening the windows to use it later on. Otherwise though every thing was so perfect and the vacation was made even better with such a wonderful place to stay.
