South End vacation rentals

We are a multi-generational family with 6 and 9 year out girls. Jeff and Francine’s condo was perfect for our family Spring Break. The location cannot be beat. Walkable to everything. The two provided parking spaces were close by and easy to access. The property is kept on great shape. Access to the beach and pool are very easy. The people was ran into around the property were very friendly. Security was appropriate. The condo itself is as advertised. It is well-kept and very spacious. Views from the balcony are the best. The layout offers good privacy but is also a great communal space. All bathrooms, appliances, etc., work well. There is an easy to access storage bin with all the needed beach accessories. Everything has been thought of. Lastly, the communication from Jeff and Francine was very prompt and friendly. We felt like a guest on their home. We enjoyed the stay so much that we rebooked for next Spring Break already.

We stayed for 5+ days and still didn’t get to use all the amenities here. The lanai is of course amazing and the ability to have Gator boat rentals bring a pontoon to tie up at the dock was great. We planned lots of fun stuff around the island and had a rental car for our stay with two teenage boys and in-laws.

Recently updated, excellent location, very comfortable getaway for my wife and I. Would recommend to anyone.

The space is updated and clean! Easy access to the beach and pool, which was extremely important to us. We could go down and up multiple times a day with a toddler and infant. The infant fit nicely in a pack n play in main room closet. Plenty of beach towels and beach equipment provided. Everyone else staying at the condo was very nice.

The house is amazing. Great amenities and spacious. Beds comfortable and kitchen very usable. Kayaks, pool, grill and decks were all used and enjoyed. Short walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Omar was very easy to work with and wanted to make sure everyone had a great experience. Would highly recommend. Only downside is time seems to move too fast there. That could not have been a week!!😀

Our 3 week plus stay was wonderful. Your house is light and modern. We used the pool and hot tub daily, walked to the beach for sunsets. Everything was clean and your house is well stocked. Last but not least the view of the pol and camel was beautiful and relaxing. We hope to be able to stay here again!

Great location and beautiful condo!

The property is newly renovated with a wonderful shower. Perfect accommodations for a couple! Very clean and the hosts provide everything you might need for your stay, including beach towels, chairs, and a cart for transporting. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, if you like. The hosts were quick to respond and provide detailed information.
