We take guest feedback seriously and strive to ensure everything is in perfect working order for every arrival.Our professional cleaning team thoroughly inspects and verifies the property after each departure, including checking the BBQ and fireplace propane levels, with time-stamped and geo-tagged photos confirming full tanks and full functionality prior to your check-in.You messaged us just a few hours after arrival mentioning issues, but unfortunately, we received no response to our follow-up requests for more details so we could address anything promptly during your stay. (It appears this guest may be a bit of a nitpicker, as no prior guests have reported similar concerns.)We've since double-checked everything post-departure, and all amenities, including the propane for the BBQ and fireplace, are confirmed to be in excellent condition.We hope future guests enjoy the home as much as most do—please see our many positive reviews for a balanced view.
