We take pride in the property and typically receive compliments on its condition, but clearly we fell short this time. The door that was off its hinges (a closet door that had come loose just prior) should have been addressed immediately—we've since repaired it properly.Regarding housekeeping: our professional cleaning team follows a detailed checklist, and we have time-stamped photos from the cleaning just before your arrival. That said, we'll review the process again to ensure even higher standards.On the linens and kitchen items: the listing specifies bedding for the 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8 in beds), and we do provide extra blankets for the pull-out sofa (stored in the hallway closet). We also stock dishes and cutlery for 10 to accommodate larger groups. I wish you'd messaged us during your short stay—we respond quickly and could have brought over additional linens or items right away.We truly appreciate the feedback and are already addressing the maintenance items you mentioned.
