Amazing stay! Our family really enjoyed all the pool time! The upstairs bedrooms do get a little warm but having a fan helps!

From our arrival everything was very easy, we moved in very quickly, the house was impeccably clean, super well equipped and the best thing was the pool, highly recommended.

Arrived to a 78 degree home, fans not working upstairs in one room which meant we could not use it, and a toilet which refused to flush for awhile. Owner was notified and they said the AC was working as intended. We had 3 children under 3 in the home and had to leave one night early because the heat was unbearable. The house was small compared to the pictures online and we received no compensation for the night we had to leave and make other arrangements to keep everyone comfortable. The pool was the best feature on the home.

We’re sorry about your experience. It was 110 this weekend outside and the temperature inside was 78 when you arrived since the thermostat was in eco mode. We adjusted it to 73. We appreciate your feedback. The house was professionally photographed recently and exactly as advertised.

Weekend with the family

It was a very good experience , very calm neighborhood , had all the things needed in the whole house especially in the kitchen great oven ,great pool , it was a great experience for the whole family

Nice but pricey

Overall decent stay but for the amount you pay, I wouldn’t do it again. Upgrade the twin sized beds . Location and property not worth 300$ per night . Host very prompt with responses seems nice - thank you for the stay.

Excellent Experience

The property was immaculate. Rooms and decorations were tidy. Furnishings/amenities were in excellent condition. The hosts responded quickly to texts and their communications were thorough, clear, and patient every step of the way. I can’t imagine a better rental experience. We will be back.

Very accommodating

The towel racks upstairs and in the master bathrooms weren't screwed in, so they kept falling, and the beds needed at least one more pillow each, but there were no real problems with the property. It was very nicely updated, very clean and well maintained. The owners were kind and very easy to work with. It was spacious and had everything we needed! HIGHLY recommend these owners and this house. It REALLY fit our party of 7 with room for more.

My stay

We stayed here for my birthday, we enjoyed everything about the house . However Our rental car was attacked by over sized birds in the driveway of the home . This was my first time in Texas so that was my first time seeing those birds. But they did damage the rental car . Other than that , the home was amazing

Owners need to be more attentive

Texted owner pool was dirty, he said pool people were there yesterday. Text owner saw a roach and ants. He text can’t control the insects keep doors and windows closed which obviously we did with 116 degree weather. We have stayed in lots of VRBO never had to deal with roaches. Will never stay here again especially when the owners did absolutely nothing when we text our concerns!! That is not a way to treat your rentals with the thousands that we paid for 1 week. Not considerate at all.

Sorry that you had to see a roach in our house. The house is treated with pest control and those things can happen. As far as for the pool unfortunately it rained heavily the day that you came as I tried to explain even though it was cleaned the day before.
