Pour Some Sugar On Me is a romantic, peaceful retreat at the top of Sugar Mountain! Located in Sugar Ski & CC, this Top Floor End Unit sits atop the highly desired Building 11. This Ski In-Ski Out location is at nearly 5300' in elevation and the views are absolutely amazing with a night sky that's perfect for stargazing! You will have only a 200 yard walk to the ski slopes, mountain biking and hiking trails. The newly built clubhouse is equipped with a gym, heated indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, meeting/conference room, tennis and pickleball court. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils you will need to prepare your favorite meals. This cozy loft unit is just minutes to the restaurants, cafe's, shopping and all the wonderful attractions and adventures the High Country has to offer! With Sugar Ski & CC being a private gated community, parking is a breeze during the busier times of the year.

Quaint escape in the clouds

This perfect studio corner unit was amazingly decorated and perfect for the three of us. Ideal location to walk out and ski down Oma’s meadow…hot tub and swimming pool facility was great. Would definitely stay here again

Great Location, great couples property

Great location - the lift closest to the property is the least crowded on the mountain, so you can get great skiing in all day, even on a crowded Saturday. The slope is a blue, so not for beginners, but the main lift for beginners is only 5 minutes away. The host was great, checked in on my wife and I daily and responded immediately to a minor issue we had. Would definitely recommend the property.

Well appointed, good communication, accurate walk to slope.

Overall a great place and as advertised. Very clean and well decorated with updated appliances and comfortable bed. The owner was great with giving us some advance tips which we definitely used. Amazing views from the unit. Some other considerations. The unit was tight and the one bedroom is in a loft. This was stated in the description as a "loft unit" but I just didn't pick up on the fact that the one bedroom was in the loft. You could not see up in the loft from the lower level due to a nice privacy wall but it was open air. Was totally fine with us since it was all family but just something I didn't expect (my fault). There is space to sleep 4 but it would be super tight...especially with ski stuff. Another thing you might want to clarify is the checkout time. The FAQs say 11 AM but we were told we needed to be out by 10 AM. Not a big deal for us but you may want to clarify if you are looking for more a leisurely checkout morning. Lastly I would say the ski in/ski out is a bit of a stretch. The description is accurate saying it's a several minute walk to the slopes. It's ok if maybe you are in snow board boots but not so much in ski boots...especially on the way back to the unit which is mostly up hill. Again, overall a very nice unit and location. Would recommend and return.

Lovely unit with a ski cabin feel. Had everything we needed to stay comfortably and make meals. Just up a small hill from the “Oma Express” lift making it an easy spot to start and end your days on the hill. Had a minor hiccup with no extra toilet paper, but Jeff responded very quickly and resolved the situation. Would absolutely stay again to enjoy the ski resort some more.

The perfect stay!

We had a great stay! The condo was cozy and clean. We enjoyed all the amenities - ski in/out location, hot tub, pool, sauna, keurig coffee, roku tv, fire place and hair dryer! All the necessities and more. The drive up and down the mountain is a little tough at night but not bad. Lesson learned - get your lift tickets before 9pm the night before. The walk to/from the slopes is a little uphill/downhill but only 3 minutes. Pretty easy for adults, even in boots. Easy drive to/from Banner Elk for delicious food and drink (LP on Main, Sorrento's, and Mountain Grounds Coffee & Tea Co all 5/5 so so good). Loved our stay and would definitely come back! Thanks Jeff!
