Our historic yet modern home has all the luxuries anyone could want on their vacay or business trip! The ultimate prime location a block S. from Bayshore Beautiful in South Tampa is centrally located and minutes from all the hot spots. 5 minutes to Hyde Park Village, 9 minutes to downtown and Raymond James Stadium, 7 mins to Tampa General Hospital, and less than a mile to the famous Bayshore Blvd where you can bike or take a stroll along the bay. This is your home away from home... your peaceful oasis.
Enter into our cozy domain by a digital lock and store your suitcases away on our luggage racks provided in each room with plenty of drawers and hangers to store away your belongings.
Step into our kitchen for some Keurig coffee making. Our kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs.
The backyard is a sanctuary by day where you can take a catnap on the bohemian hammock under the palms, and by night it turns into a magical garden with twinkling lights.
It's game on in our game room with our top of the line foosball table, hookey board, lots of board games, child size art eisel, chalkboard, toys, and books for kids and adults.

Enjoyable Stay

We had a great time staying here.The property is adorable and very clean .Booking was simple and accommodations were nice. Easy access to grocers, gas stations and restaurants! We would stay here again.

Great location in South Tampa

Kimberly's home had a perfect location for us as we were visiting family in Ballast Point. The beds are comfortable and the decor is super cute.

The house was everything that it said it was and morel! Owner was very easy to work with and responsive almost immediately. Nice quiet street and lots of food and shopping nearby. Cute little coffee shop around the corner and access to the highway system. Anytime in the future that we go to Tampa, we will definitely be looking to stay here again!It was such a bonus to have a coffee station with a few pods for the first morning since we got in pretty late on our check-in day. Additionally, having laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap was such a nice touch!

Loved my stay. Property is clean and very comfortable. Even has a game room great Jack and Jill bathroom. Easy check in and check out process.

Perfect spot for Gasparilla weekend

This property was great! It is a great set up if there are several people staying in the house. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet and in a great location. The house was stocked with everything you need plus some extras. The owner was easy to work with. Would definitely stay there again!

Nice Place!

Winding down with our family after a week of looking at schools for my daughter in Florida. Kim's home was a perfect ending to our trip to Florida and the location in South Tampa made easy access to the city and to St Pete's! Can't go wrong staying here!

Awesome location. Easy access to Convention Center and close to Publix, Target, Chick-fil-a. Enjoyed the games and foosball. Clean,safe spacious. Great yard!

Great Location

This location had exactly what we wanted. Though not in downtown Tampa, it was convenient to easily drive to the stadiums and to downtown Tampa. The house was clean and well furnished.

Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is very neatly decorated and clean, in a safe and quiet area, and near anything you might need. Very close to the airbase, and within a 30 minute drive to most anyting Tampa or Tampa Bay you would want to do. Extra towels and bed linens, kitchen, laundry, and bathroom necessities are extra touches that made us feel at home. If in the area, I would definitely stay again!

Great stay!!

We rented this property for three months over the summer and had a great stay. Communication with the property owner was fantastic - very prompt and accommodating. Location is perfect, close to shopping and a short drive to downtown, TGH, etc. Very family friendly neighborhood with lots of walking space. House has reliable internet (I was able to work remotely), super cute styling, all appliances worked well, Definitely recommend staying at the property!

Cute and Cozy

Sweet house with fun and intentional amenities and decorations. Love all of the fun art work, popcorn maker, and game room. Comfortable stay for 3 adults (including a grandma) and 2 kids. Easy commute to downtown Tampa. The property owner communication was very prompt and thorough.
