Very convenient location to the university, restaurants,…. The photos online are accurate. The house is comfortable. Plenty of space for what I needed. Convenient parking on site. I would stay again.

The apartment was very cozy and truly felt like home. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay for a family with three children. There was always hot water in the shower, the apartment was well equipped, and we appreciated the generous supply of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, blankets, aluminum foil, spices, and more.The host was very responsive and available throughout our stay, both via WhatsApp and by phone, which made everything feel easy and well taken care of.Overall, the apartment was lovely, comfortable, and well suited for a family stay. We truly enjoyed our time there — thank you!

Charming location, walkable, lots to see!

Cute little home with onsite parking. Three full bedrooms. Hot tube in back with grill. All within walking distance of Hyde Park community area - upscale shops, restaurants, etc. We loved the ample space in the bungalow. Would be interested in coming back with my husband and another couple (we had just two people on this trip). Well stocked kitchenware in case you cook at home while in Tampa. We loved it!

Host provided everything that was needed ahead of time and had a welcome letter available with reasonable requests. We didn't arrive until after dark. We walked into a well lit house with music playing on a speaker in the kitchen. It was a wonderful welcome and the first of its kind that we've had (I've been renting VRBOs for trips for years now). We didn't have time to enjoy the back deck or hot tub, but it was a pleasure to see all the amenities the property offered and how well kept everything was. I would definitely recommend this property for your next trip to Tampa.

Had a wonderful stay. House was nice and clean. Thomas was very helpful and had great communication. Check in was smooth. Only problem I had was the smoke detector battery was dying so it was beeping every few minutes, property manager came and fixed it immediately. Location was perfect few minutes from the cruise port and about 15 minutes from the airport. Will stay again.

Cute bungalow rental

Our family had a great stay. Host was wonderful and provided many basic amenities which was a nice touch since we only stayed a few days. The backyard is so nice to hang out in. Location was great, close to everything and the only negative is that the house is located on a busy street and so there are cars driving by at all hours of the night which made for difficult sleeping. If you’re a light sleeper, this might not be a great fit for you.
