Este condominio es parte de Oceania Residences; un condominio de lujo frente al mar ubicado a pocos pasos de la playa de arena blanca más hermosa de Aruba, Eagle Beach. Esta unidad de 3 dormitorios es bastante única, ya que se encuentra en la planta baja, pero está elevada unos 12 pies para que pueda ver la piscina y la playa desde la sala de estar y desde su jardín privado. Este jardín tiene un jacuzzi privado con vistas a la playa y una terraza con muebles de exterior que incluye una mesa de comedor. Una gran parrilla de barbacoa complementa el área al aire libre. El área social tiene una sala de estar con un sofá cama y un gran televisor de pantalla plana y un reproductor de DVD Blue Ray, con una hermosa mesa de comedor para 8 personas y una cocina totalmente equipada, con un bar y taburetes. Very clean, safe, relaxed and quiet. If you prefer a more calm vacation away from the crowds of palm beach, this is the place to go. Easy access to Eagle Beach with less people and a pool area that is peaceful. Facility is very well kept and the condos are perfect.

This condo is beautiful, modern, clean and in a great location! It is steps away from the pool and Eagle Beach. Mario provides amenities that made our stay very comfortable for our family of 5. The unit has a washer/dryer, Weber gas grill, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler for the beach and a beach cart which might be useful for young families. I would highly recommend staying in this unit and we can’t wait to return. Thank you, Mario!

Perfect Family Vacation Spot!

This was our first time in Aruba and the stay at Oceania was perfect! The location really can't be beat. Because it's not a hotel, both the beach and the pools were not crowded at all but you are still on the beautiful Eagle Beach! The walk to the beach is super easy and there are several places within walking distance that have jet ski rentals, parasailing, tubing, etc.. We also enjoyed renting scooters and discovering more places along the path. We used the tennis and pickle ball courts on the property as well (we did bring our own rackets). The condo has everything you need for cooking at home and going to the beach. The entire place was extremely well maintained. We would absolutely stay here again if we plan another trip back!!

Lovely, just lovely!

We enjoyed a lovely five-night stay in the beautiful, well-equipped unit. Everything we needed was already provided -- from cookware, spices, towels, beach chairs, and more. It was all clean and comfortable, inside and out. We especially appreciated the first floor location, a few short steps away from pools but still elevated just enough to offer great views. The pools were well-maintained and comfortable, and we spent many hours in the water and lying poolside in the sun. The unit, the complex, the beach, and the whole neighborhood were peaceful and quiet. Just what we were looking for!

Excellent Stay!

The location was great for pool and beach. The unit had plenty of beach chairs and towels. There were 2 coolers, a float and we left 2 pool noodles. It was nice to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so that each couple had their own space. We rented a car to explore the island. ( recommend Jay’s Rental Cars). Excellent stay!

Aruba vacation

This was our families first time to Aruba and this is the perfect location. Private backyard area with a hot tub, right next to the pool was great for our family. And then there is nothing but one small road between you and the beautiful beach. It is very quiet and peaceful, close to all of the great restaurants and activities. This place is a true gem. Great space and layout. All of our family was able to be together around the dining room table, but also have their space to relax. Mario is a fantastic host!

Great stay

Stayed at this property in November 2024. Overall great experience. We traveled with our 2 year old and a 1 year old. There was one pack n play and high chair included. AC worked great. Had all the essential kitchen appliances. Pool was right outside the back door. And the ocean just steps away (you could hear the waves from the backyard). The first floor location with the outdoor grass area was awesome with the young kids (easy to take their wet swimsuits off before going inside, and also convenient for keeping floaties, pool toys, and wet sandals outside. Felt very safe in the building/location. Mario was responsive when we had questions. We would stay here again if returning to Aruba

Great Spot

Oceania is about 15 minutes from the airport which is great. The condo itself is a great spot. First floor. Open layout. Lots of room. Two of the pools were closed for maintenance but everything else was great. Just cross the street for Eagle Beach. Get there early and you can get a built in beach umbrella. Mario was really responsive. The property has everything you need. Also there’s a large grocery store about 4 min up the road. Great time. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay

My family of 5 stayed at the condo and had a great experience. The unit is spotless and includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. The property is very nice and security personnel at the gate were very friendly. Mario provided us with plenty of information and check-in/out was easy. I recommend renting this condo!

Perfect Stay

Amazing stay in Aruba! Perfect rental for our family of 5, including 3 teens. Even bigger than it seems in the photos. Three large pools that are never busy right across the street for the beach. Walkable to coffee shop and small market - large grocery close by. Very responsive and helpful host. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great place

Great spot. Great place. There was nobody there to help us check in and we were a little surprised that towards the end of the trip we never heard from anyone in regards to checking out or thanking us for our stay. We had a couple issues in the beginning and they did respond right away.. but we were hoping for a little more communication. The place is accurate, clean, and the beds weee comfy!

Family friendly getaway

Perfect for our family of 5 (including kids ranging in age from 6-14). Condo was very spacious, clean and in a wonderful location right next to Eagle Beach. Our kids enjoyed going between the pool and beach. This unit was a very easy walk right out the back door to the pools. Resort was not at all crowded and it was super easy to find chairs at the pool. Well appointed but could use more serving bowls in the kitchen. Great supply of beach chairs and towels. We left 5 new pool noodles for others to enjoy while snorkeling.

The condo was on a great location on the resort. Well equipped and included everything we needed. Very large rooms, etc. 100% recommend renting this place. Will do it again for sure

Perfect spot!

Fantastic property for our family of 2 adults and 3 teens. The condo was spotless and well decorated. Everything was modern and updated. The pools were great and there were always available chairs. WiFi in the condo and by the pools was appreciated. The beach was not crowded but the action was a short walk or ride away. The furniture was very comfortable. Mario was great. He responded quickly to a few questions we asked. Checkin and out were simple. The area was incredibly safe and everyone was friendly. We will be back for sure.

Incredible space incredible location

What an amazing stay. The space was perfect for our group of my wife 2 kids and in-laws. The three bedrooms were well sized and the indoor living space was grand. The ground floor unit had great outdoor space with easy access to the pools and our own hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes pot and utensils and was great to cook in. The barbecue was immaculate and high quality so we grilled almost every night. We were provided enough beach towels, chairs and beach toys which were perfect for fun in the sun. The location was perfect. Right in Eagle beach easily one of the best beaches in the Caribbean if not the world. We weee a 15 minute walk to groceries and other shopping. Walking distance to great restaurants. You cannot beat the location. Mario was a great host. He responded to inquiries quickly and was very flexible with us. He provided detailed info about the unit and the local area which helped in trip planning. Thanks Mario! We cannot wait to come back.

Beautiful condo in great location

We loved staying here. The condo is spacious, modern, clean and well decorated. Even the artwork was thoughtfully selected and presented. The entire complex was very well run, everyone was friendly and helpful. The location is amazing with Eagle Beach just steps from the front gate. Can’t wait to go back and do it all again!

Spring Break

My husband and I, my son, my son’s college roommate, and his parents, spent seven nights in this beautiful free bedroom, three bathroom condo. It was immaculately clean. The air conditioning was great, which we did use since we had 86° weather every single day! The outdoor patio with the inground hot tub was awesome. We spent many mornings and many evenings here enjoying coffee and cocktails. The pools were cleaned every single day, and the landscaping was beautiful manicured we played pickle ball every day on the new Pickleball court. There is also a regular tennis court and paddle ball tennis. It was easy to walk to the supermarket and catch taxis to different restaurants. The boys used the bird scooters frequently to check out different beaches. Mario was great to work with. When we got to the condo, my husband found out he had to work a few days and Mario had a table and chair delivered to put in the master bedroom so he could work in peace and quiet, and also not disturb the rest of us! On request Mario let us leave our luggage in the closet in the condo after check out because our flight was not until later in the afternoon. Mario was a great communicator and very easy person to work with. Would highly recommend this place!

Great location and rental property!

I have stayes at Oceania multiple times before and this is the best unit by far. Clean, great amenities , hot tub, nice outdoor furniture and steps to the pool. Mario was great anytime we needed to contact him. We will definitely book again.

This property is awesome. Proximity to pools and beach are second to none. Joffrey was a great help all week & Mario responded quickly to any questions we had. 3 beds with 3 baths was perfect for our girls trip.

Great location

I can’t say enough about how happy we were with this condo. A few things we appreciated: 1) location right on Eagle Beach couldn’t be beat 2) the condo was very big with a lot of room for everyone to spread out 3) there were plenty of high quality beach chairs (seemed like new) 4) the kitchen had lots of bowls, plates, glasses, and utensils so we didn’t run out until the dishwasher was full 5) there was a hose by the patio which was so convenient to rinse off sand 6) the patio, little yard, and hot tub were a great place to relax 7) the location of the condo was perfect for getting to the beach and the pool 8) the location of the parking spot was convenient to the condo and always cool because it was in the garage. Mario was responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Every person we interacted with (the security team at the guard house, the cleaning ladies) at Oceania was extremely nice and helpful. We would rent this condo again if we are back in Aruba.

Perfect for family getaway!

We loved our stay! Clean, plenty of room to not feel crammed. The pools were beautiful and never packed like the resorts get. Super peaceful. They had beach towels and chairs available to use which was super handy! The beach was so close. Also enjoyed the hot tub at night. Definitely recommend for a group of friends or family vacation. It was everything I hoped for.
