This stunning flat is located in the heart of town, right next to Plaza Central and just 2 minutes’ walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. It’s an ideal home base for exploring incredible Las Catalinas.

Perfect for small families, one or two couples and singles, the condo has an open-concept living room/kitchen with 14’ vaunted ceilings featuring Guanacaste wood beams.

Simple touches, like the pastel green-colored exterior and the more neutral and refined interior pallet, adorned with wood, copper, and grey, give this Costa Rican beach flat a friendly yet sophisticated vibe.

The master bedroom offers a King bed, ensuite bath with large shower, walk-in closet, and a cozy workspace with wrap-around views of town.
The guest bedroom has a Queen bed, plenty of closet space and a bathroom with shower right next door. A fold-out sofa bed is available in the living room to sleep two more in a pinch.

The kitchen is fully outfitted with stainless steel appliances, wine fridge, coffee maker, food processor, and everything needed for quick meal prep or by a gourmet chef.
In addition, the large kitchen island with power outlets is an ideal spot for dining, playing a board game or computing. Unlike many vacation properties, this condo is ideally configured for road warriors.

Rounding out amenities are a large washer/dryer, A/C and ceiling fan in each room, smart televisions in the living room & master bedroom and free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout.

Toiletries, linens, bathrobes and beach towels, iron and board, safes, board games and more are available for guests.

Spend your days' paddle boarding, snorkeling, going for a path run inside the tropical dry woodland, or lounging at the Beach Club ($15/day per person fee applies).

Las Catalinas is a growing town, so there’s ongoing construction, mostly on the edges of town as new buildings, shops, and homes are built. The construction teams work hard to minimize any disturbances to guests and homeowners, but it’s possible that activity will be visible or audible during your stay.

Construction hours and regulations for town are as follows:
6:00 am - 7:30 am Small-scale construction may begin
7:30 am - 6:00 pm Normal construction with power tools
6:00 pm - 9:00 pm Construction may continue

Holidays are exciting travel periods, however, before you book, please check your travel dates and observe that holiday periods have a different cancellation policy. Holiday periods are excluded from the default cancellation policy in which non-refundable deposits are required.
