๏ Frais supplémentaires : 100$ par animal par séjour ou 200$ par mois pour les séjours de longue durée.

๏ Nous n'acceptons pas les jeunes chiens en bas de 1 an.

๏ Obligatoirement: le chien doit être stérilisé

๏ Votre chien doit être «propre», ne doit pas monter sur les meubles, ni accéder aux chambres en tout temps.

๏ Votre chien ne doit pas causer de nuisance sonore pour les voisins.

๏ Les invités doivent ramasser les excréments du chien en tout temps, en cas de défaut, des frais seront chargés.

๏ Les invités doivent passer l'aspirateur à la fin de leur séjour. (Planchers, divan etc.)

A security deposit will be placed on hold on your credit card 24 hours before your arrival. This amount is $1000. It is automatically released after your departure, following the inspection of the premises, provided everything is in order, in accordance with the rental agreement.
