Santana - Lakefront - private dock, volleyball court, 4 story slide

Welcome to Santana, your lakefront paradise on Lake Travis! 2.5 acres with gorgeous lake views and your very own private boat dock, and an Olympic-sized volleyball court. Fast Wi-Fi (200 Mbps), Cable TV in all four rooms, and YouTube TV and streaming in both living rooms. Enjoy it all here.

Please read the House rules. This is an excellent place to vacation with friends, family, or for work retreats. Pets welcome; $75 non-refundable fee per pet.

The house is 4 stories with an elevator. We are kid and pet-friendly, with a couple of baby/pet gates already installed and a Pack N Play that is in the master bedroom closet.

NOTE: THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, or LOUD NOISE AFTER 10 PM.
Excessive guests or noise will not be allowed. The Police will kick everyone out, and all deposits will be forfeited if the number of approved guests is exceeded at any time during the stay.

The house is fully furnished with a BBQ, cooking gear, plates, dishes, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, etc. The Keurig machine is amazing and makes lattes, cappuccinos, as well as regular coffee.

Guests have access to all on-site amenities, including the arcade, volleyball court, balconies, grill, dock, stand-up paddleboards, and lake toys. The jet ski is not included in the rental.

We deep clean, sanitize & follow CDC guidelines. 24/7 self check-in.

Explore Balcones Canyonlands National Wildlife Refuge, get the adrenaline flowing at Lake Travis Zipline Adventures, and explore Volente Beach Waterpark. Flat Creek Estate Winery in Marble Falls is nearby for a relaxed afternoon.

Since we're on the North Side of Lake Travis, it's about a 50-minute drive to proper Austin. A car is definitely recommended.

Outside quiet hours are at 11 PM on weekends and 10 PM on weekdays.

Weddings & Nearby Venues: This home is a perfect setup for wedding weekends, group stays, and bringing everyone together without the hassle of hotels.

Great house..Great location..Owners were fantastic..You can rental the golf carts right from the owners, 6 passenger kids loved taking the golf cart down to the boat dock for night fishing caught some big catfish..Great time..sit on the 3rd floor Patio and enjoy the great view.

This is hands down THE BEST rental in Point Venture! We actually grew up here, literally down the same street lol, so I know this town like the back of my hand and there is no house here like this one! So many amenities you can’t even count them all, very kind hosts that quickly respond, plenty of room for a big family like ours, and unbeatable views of the lake from multiple different balconies! If you’re visiting point Venture, THIS is the house to rent!

Comfortable and great for families

We had a really nice time and Elizabeth was very accommodating. The elevator made the four stories no problem and the kids had a great time with all the deer we saw.

Amazing Hospitality

Liz was fantastic about letting us know everything about the amenities of the condo and things to do before we arrived. Volleyball court on property was a hit with the teenagers as well as the basketball arcade game. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a family. It is very clean and comfortable.

Great experience

This place has a lot to offer: private park with lake access, private volleyball court, pool, tennis courts, etc. it has Great Lake views from the house. Check in and check out was super easy. The property management was very responsive when it comes to getting help finding things. Overall, it was a great experience with friends and families. We would love to come back and spend another wonderful time here.

Relaxing Family Getaway

It was a pleasure to stay at the Santana Lake House. My family and I were thoroughly impressed with the house, the amenities, and the beautiful view. We took advantage of opening up the glass window panels on the 3rd floor and sat and ate and played games all the while with a beautiful view and warm breeze. The hot tub was clean and it was the perfect ending to our days at the lake. We used the passes to access the community park which offered so much more than a playground and it is right around the corner. The owners thought of everything and we felt right at home. Will definitely come back!

What a GEM!!

This property is a true gem! My family loved every minute of our stay. Truly, the pictures don't do it justice. You can tell the owners really thought of everything and made it extra nice for kids, with baby gates, high chair and other various toddler gear. The house is spacious. We got to feed the deer- a definite highlight for the kids! The walk on the lighted footpath at night all the way to the very nice dock was delightful! We used all of the water toys including the 2 person kayaks and stand up paddle boards. We didn't get a chance to try the two story swing, but we will definitely come back for future stays. This is an A++ property

Perfect fun family weekend

This was a wonderful setting for a big family gathering to celebrate a special birthday. We had adults, young children and dogs and they ALL enjoyed this beautiful nest on the lake. Everything was very clean and comfortable and all needs were provided for. This house even had an elevator for those who find stairs difficult to navigate. My only advisement for those who do have older family members or family members with mobility impairments is that while the house is well outfitted for such guests, the surrounding area is less so. This is a comment on Lago Vista/Point Venture in general, not the house itself. Navigating to the main boathouse where you can rent boats and jet skis, or have a nice dinner, involves an incredible amount of stairs. So if your group includes someone with mobility challenges, it would be better to center activities at the house, which luckily is a wonderful place to be! I mention just so you may prepare if you find yourself fortunate enough to spend some time at this lovely home.

Dock was great to have for boating. House has lots of outdoor space. Great view . Host was ok seemed like I was bugging her when asking questions also when we arrived no clean towels they were still in dryer and a load of dishes still in dishwasher. She did not offer anything for the fact I had to get towels fold them put in each bathroom. Also had to unload someone else’s dishes.

This house was perfect for our two families to have a great weekend at the lake. The kids loved the swing on the dock and we were able to use the boat lift easily. The house was comfortable and clean and had basic amenities and some extras. We will return!
