Large and fully equipped kitchen. The dining room is integrated into the main balcony with sofas and armchairs for a lively conversation or for smokers. The Games Room on the lower level has a fireplace and LED TV with SKY programming.
Large garden with pool and high pressure shower with an attached bar and facing the sea. Sauna for 5 people with steam.
Heliport and anchorage for all type of boat.
Trawler type boat for island-to-island connection available on the day of arrival and on the day of departure included in the rent.
