The Timberpeg N. California Douglas Fir Post and Beam construction with Finnish Spruce ceilings is a beautiful stunning design. The open floor plan offers thrilling vistas out onto Martins Cove, a tributary of the Chesapeake Bay. Take advantage of the side screened in porch, front deck on the waterfront and large waterfront screened in porch. Grill and eat outdoors or inside. Enjoy the wildlife and if you are lucky catch a glimpse of a bald eagle soaring across the Cove. You have use of 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths with queen beds in the main house. Basement au pair apartment with full kitchen and full bath.The separate studio above the garage has a double bed and full bath and wet bar and microwave/refrig. The house has non-toxic finishes, sealers and paints. The entire house layout is handicap accessible with main floor accessible with no steps. Grab bars throughout. Kayak, canoe, crab and fish off the dock. Funfor all.
