Note that there is a 15 min. loading zone directly in front of the building for you to dropoff/pickup as necessary. VERY EASY & CONVENIENT. Long Term Stay

Nice apartment. Gate doesn’t lock and stairwell is ratty. Other folks and barbershop were quite noisy at times. Generally, though, it’s spacious and close to all the action on Wells St.
